Direct Oceanfront King Suite with breathtaking ocean views

Our condo is DIRECT OCEANFRONT with amazing views of the beach and ocean. It's perfect for a family vacation (max 4 guests), couples romantic getaway, or a girls/guys weekend. We are centrally located, with anything you could possibly want to do or see within walking distance or short drive away.
We offer a king size bed with a flat screen TV in the bedroom. In the living area you'll find a full size murphy bed, queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a dining area. There is a full bath, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and anything else you can think of that you'd need to prepare a meal. The best is the oceanfront balcony where you will experience breathtaking views of the ocean. These amazing views can also be seen from the kitchen and living room!

You'll have access to all the resort amenities. There are two pools, both indoor and outdoor and three Jacuzzi's, both indoor and outdoor. Our beautiful lawn/garden area provides lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. There is a fitness center and coin operated washers and dryers for your convenience.

If you love golf, we have it on all levels from miniature to world class. Myrtle Beach is considered the golfing capital of the South Eastern U.S. Along the beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country's tallest Ferris wheels.

Best of all, you are just steps away from the beautiful long, sandy beaches.

We visited family in Myrtle Beach the spring of 2017 and immediately fell in love. Being from the Jersey Shore, (believe me, it's not like the show) we spend a lot of time at the beautiful beaches home. We purchased our unit that fall and have since done major renovations to bring it to be our "home away from home". Unfortunately we aren't able to spend as much time there as we'd like (work squashed that plan), so we decided to open it up to others that are looking for a visit to Myrtle Beach. Will and I always do our homework when going away and try our best to get the "most for our money". We are both picky, (me more than him) and wanted to provide a place where people can also get "the most for their money". We have done our best to provide everything you will need for a stay here, whether it be a few days or a few months. We tried to provide and decorate as if we ourselves were looking for a getaway and what we would want as a guest. Reading our "guest book" gives us so much joy. We love reading about everyone' stay and all the wonderful things they did and memories that were made. We hope you'll love every minute of your stay as much as they did!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because it is an ideal year round vacation home and is centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We chose our location because it is far enough from the "boardwalk area" and crowds, yet close enough to walk there as well as to many restaurants. We are 4 blocks from 21st Ave N. where there are many popular eateries. There are also convenience and liquor stores located within walking distance. We wanted to be able to fly in, not need a car and just walk to where we wanted to go. The airport is a 15 minute uber ride away.

What makes this property unique

Experience the breathtaking direct oceanfront views from the balcony in this 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit. We have decorated to make this a cozy "home away from home", for us as well as our guests and have provided all the amenities of "home". We provide bath tissue, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap to get you started. Your bed will be made and linens provided so that your vacation can begin the minute you walk in the door. We also provide 4 beach towels. There is contactless "check in". We will provide you with codes for access to the building as well as to our condo so you can arrive anytime after 4:00 pm. and go directly to the unit. We are here to make your time in Myrtle Beach as pleasant as possible and are always available for any questions.
