Beauty and the beach

Wonderful property in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. What more can you ask for? We had all of this and more! A clean, updated, inviting home that accommodates short term and long term guests. Don is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host who has thought of your every need. You feel like "home" when you're here, and you never want to leave.

Great house, great location, fantastic amenities

Don was very helpful with any questions we had. The house is beautiful and had everything that we could have needed. The beds and linens were top notch. The location was perfect and we had access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property if you are in the area!!

I'm originally a Miami native with a strong appreciation for Architecture, form, quality, and positive energy in a space! This home spoke to us when we first walked in and we knew we had to have it. The renovation has been a 6 month journey to getting it just right to live in and to share.

Why they chose this property

This property sits on a large corner lot in a stable beautiful area of many beachside homes of similar quality. It calls for your free spirit to walk on its nearby beach or dip in it's relaxing pool. The interior's are all tastefully presented with high quality beds for a great night sleep and bedding to make you want to sleep in. The Beach access sits at the end of the same street, and with the supplied beach cart you can easily prepare for a day at the beach with chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler all supplied for your enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

Casablanca sits about 8 minute drive to Sand Key, or 10 minutes to Clearwater Beach to the north. To south we are about 8 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. These areas host lots of tourists and bars, eateries to fulfill many appetites with a short drive or bicycle over.
