Just minutes from the slopes and Nordic trails, this 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers a seamless blend of alpine charm and modern comfort. With two living rooms, a private hot tub, a ping pong table, office space, and top-of-the-line appliances throughout, this home is ideal for families, friends, and groups seeking both adventure and relaxation.

Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.

Living Room (First Floor): Step inside to vaulted ceilings and a spacious main living room filled with natural light. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for cozy evenings after skiing or hiking. Plush seating includes two leather sofas and a lounge chair, with large windows offering serene forest views and potential wildlife sightings.

Kitchen (First Floor): Adjacent to the living room, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals.

• Third Guest Bedroom (Second Floor): King bed, closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with single vanity and step-in shower.
• Fourth Bedroom (Second Floor): King bed, dresser, flatscreen TV, home office, and ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen size sleeper sofa

Family Room (Top Floor): A casual living area with TV, two lounge chairs, a leather sofa, and a half bath. The billiards table serves as the centerpiece, with cozy seating for family movie or game nights.

Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
