This 3,500 square foot home is fengshui designed by 3 famous Zen-Buddhist Masters. Perched high on a hill, you have exquisite tree-lined views everywhere. Front porch and back patio with bistro lights are the perfect way to enjoy the country landscaping which is a stone throws away from urban excitement. This is an extremely clean, fresh and impeccably maintained home which is ideal for a short term rental, family vacation or business getaway . Arlington Zen is my third VRBO property and customer service is my specialty. This home is just as described - it is beautifully decorated, well-appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooms, sitting areas, beds were all very comfortable, the location ideal and the owner, Randi, was very accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend and hope to return to this lovely property for any future visits to the DC area.

Arlington Stay

This home is perfect for a family gathering, as there is plenty of space for all! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the ability for the family to together in the kitchen and adjoining common room. The communication with the owner continued from the time we reserved through our departure and all of our questions were answered. If you are looking for beautiful accommodations near the DC area, this is an excellent choice!

Wonderful home

Loved staying in this beautiful home in Arlington. The house had everything we needed for a family get together, with plenty of room for everyone. Randi was an amazing host, who provided lots of information on the area, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very close to DC and Alexandria. It is a great location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous house near Georgetown

Three generations stayed in this wonderful home! We were attending my daughter's graduation from Georgetown -- the location is just perfect. You're close to campus, restaurants, and the Reagan airport and feel like you're away from the city. The beds are super comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and linens, etc. The house has a great layout for family members to have their own space and to gather in the kitchen, sitting room, or living room. Randi, the owner, is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend!!

Outstanding stay in this lovely home

Our family of 6 - two grown children with spouses spent 10 days over Christmas break here, and it was lovely. Everything was well appointed, the kitchen easy to cook in and ample space, a lovely fireplace, comfortable dining room and just the coziest beds. Having a downstairs suite was nice too, giving people space to go wrap presents or do different things. The location in N. Arlington was incredibly convenient for us, walking distance to the Safeway for last minute food items. The host is AMAZING, so very communicative and helpful. I stay in temporary rentals all the time and this is among the very best.

Cozy vibe

Our Extended family of 8 rented this property to be close to my son who recently moved to Arlington. It is in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful greenery. The home was super cozy, tons of space, large dining table that was able to fit us all for family dinners. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, and we were able to utilize the BBQ pit a few nights. Once I booked the property the communication was spectacular with Randi. We were well prepared with the guide book she sent us and all the information we needed for our trip. She went over and beyond what I’m use too, and made a point to check in to ensure everything was up to par. Cannot say enough about her and her staff. Thank you Randi, we had an absolute amazing time and cared for the home as if it was our own!

Wonderful House

This is my far my favorite VRBO experience. The house was amazing...well stocked on everything you would need and a number of things you might not think of. There were even board games available to all ages. The house has a cozy feel to it and was very comfortable to stay in. The host was amazing, helpful and thoughtful! We will definitely stay again if we are in Arlington!

Wonderful for Bride and Bridesmaids

Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! They enjoyed the beautiful and spacious home. The owner is lovely and made sure everything was just right for their stay. The house is on a steep hill, but it was fine with the garage and driveway for parking. Highly recommend!!!

This property is fabulous! It is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. I stayed with several adult family members of differing ages - everyone was comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. The backyard space is also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

If you like boutique.

If you are someone who would prefer a boutique hotel over a chain, then this rental property is likely a good fit. You can check out the photos and see the decor. The home is clean and very spacious. There is a lovely tiered backyard with a fire pit and fountain. Randi was fabulous! I had a number of questions that she quickly responded to. Of note: if you have mobility issues, the stairs leading up to the house are steep. This is a place we will definitely consider renting again.

Fabulous for a girls’ weekend getaway

6 of us came in from multiple states for a girls weekend and this was the perfect house to be together for a weekend of fun and relaxation. The location is perfect, close to everything and a great neighborhood. House is quiet and has all the amenities. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A terrific stay near DC

The host, Randi, was very communicative during the whole process, providing many details about the area in addition to the property and would quickly respond back to questions. The house itself was very beautiful with plenty of comfy sleeping spots for my group. The host even provided disposable masks for the group to use! I would highly recommend this place.

Cute and comfortable!

This is a clean, cute, and comfortable home! There were several spaces for my adult children, spouse and I to gather together for meals or just hanging out; parking for 3 cars in the driveway plus street parking; and less than 10 minutes to Georgetown, Ballston and Clarendon. Great entertaining spaces inside and out!

Perfection in Arlington

We stayed at Randi’s home in Arlington for an executive retreat (COVID style). It was a perfect space for us. The decor and furnishings were amazing, It felt like we were staying in a model home! The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped to fit all our needs. Randi was so helpful throughout the process and was easily accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting a 5 star experience.
