Furnished 5-star holiday rental in Gerstheim just 18 km from Europa Park Rust, located between Strasbourg and Colmar and the Alsace wine route. The manor BANCALIS PRUYNE has been restored in November 2011 a rgîte was built in 2016 on the 2nd floor of 120 m2 for 4 people plus possibly an extra bed, the interior of a contemporary style will seduce you by its brightness and its very complete layout.
An entrance hall overlooking the living room dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a nespresso etc). A large living room equipped with a tv 140 cm and DVD player.On the upper level (3 steps) the night part 2 parental suites (2 x2 beds of 90 x200) with two bathroom and two toilets .Land laundry washing machine and dryer .Place of parking in the closed courtyard.
In the garden at your disposal heated spa, swing for the youngest and private terrace with (table chaise longue barbecue) all in a park of 7000m2 and fenced on the edge of the WEILL.
The cottage is available on request for short stays

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious home with very friendly and helpful hosts Pascal and Monique. Would definitely recommend this place, which was our ‘base’ for visiting Europapark.

My family of 4 stayed here for two nights. The place was even better than expected - it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub one night too!

A little trip to the Black Forest and Europa-Park

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The property was perfect for our family of 7. The property was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, this is the one. No complaints. Pascal and Monique were exceptional hosts and if we are ever in the area again we will be looking to stay here.

Wonderful Escape to Alsatian Countryside!

After a stressful home search in Strasbourg, Monique & Pascal's gite in Gertsheim was the perfect place for a week of rest and relaxation.Very modern and clean. Also very close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and sights of Alsace.We had a wonderful (relaxing) time there, and would strongly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a quiet trip to the Alsatian country side. Fantastic stay at a beautiful property

Took 3 boys to Europa Park for a couple of days and this property was absolutely perfect for it! A quick half hour drive on lovely roads and even a swift car ferry on the way home - perfect apartment, so spacious and ideally furnished for a family. Nothing overlooked or not supplied. We will definitely be back when I have the energy for the rollercoasters again!

It was perfect for our memorial gathering

My wife was born near there just across the Rhine river. We made plans to have a gathering of family and friends so we could spread her ashes and then have a nice afternoon BBQ. This place has a large quiet and beautiful yard, which was perfect fir our small gathering. My children also enjoyed staying at a place out in the french countryside. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for this special event.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Traumhaftes Anwesen am Rande von Gerstheim. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber hier fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts. Als wir ankamen haben uns Monique und Pascal überaus freundlich empfangen. Ein Highlight ist das Bad im großen Schlafzimmer und der Whirlpool im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist eine große Wohnung mit viel Platz. Das größte Plus ist die große Küche mit viel Geschirr.

Ausflüge sind in die Vogesen und in den Schwarzwald möglich. In ca. 20 km Entfernung Meißenheim ist ein schöner Baggersee zum Schwimmen.

In altem Gemäuer mit traumhaftem Garten

Sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene modernisierte Wohnung auf einem traumhaften Anwesen. Ruhig, geplegt und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung, die als guter Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die nahgelegenen Vogesen, Schwarzwald oder Strassburg dienen kann. Die Vermieter leben im gleichen Haus, sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Garten hat es Liegen, einen überdachten Sitzplatz und einen Whirlpool sowie jede Menge Platz.
