Rustic, charming cottage nestled in the woods yet steps from your private Sound beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water and great swimming as well as kayaking and fishing. This Cottage is in a much more private, quiet and wooded area than other nearby communities. Updgraded stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. Spend the day at the Sound then grill your dinner on the deck! Mere minutes from the Riverhead Cider House, North Fork vineyards, farms, restaurants, golf, Splish splash water park and Tanger Outlet Mall. This is a unique, community comprised of mid-century cottages and homes offering a serene escape yet just a short ride to the Hamptons. Two bedrooms and a full size futon in the living room allows for six guests. Cottage has air conditioning (window units) as well as heat.
