The house has sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom so can sleep a maximum of two people. Traditionally and comfortably furnished, with total area of about 45 square metres, it has its own private entrance from the street and there is a balcony in the bedroom and a terrace facing the valley . (Almería area averages about 320 sunny days in the year), the flat enjoys sun from sunset right through till the evening.
