About this property

An apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, located in a well maintained urbanization with communal pool, a heated pool and jacuzzi for the winter. The urbanization is 700m from the beach (more or less) and you can walk to Garrucha in half an hour approx. The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the beaches of Marina de la Torre, very quiet area with an elevated situation with access by elevator from the ground floor of the community.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour ! Pour très bien connaître la région, Nous le conseillons. Avec quelques petits bémols, à savoir, mobilier et vitres de la terrasse pas nettoyé . ( grosses pluies de sables le mois dernier) Pour un séjour de 10 jours, un deuxième jeu de linge serai souhaitable ainsi que quelques pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge… et des éponges!

Incredible view

Almost perfect, no 5 star 'cause welcome package consists of one roll of toilet paper, no coffee, tea, sugar. salt. pepper. Also kitchen utensils very basic.
