The house is spacious, comfortable, with large rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, necessary crockery or electrical appliances. In the center of a small village with grocery store and bakery open from Tuesday to Sunday morning. Land, swimming pool in summer, winter in front of the fireplace. Tranquility assured. In group or with the whole family, you will be able to benefit from it for your family reunion, between friends or for a few days of holidays.
no cleaning fee is added to the rental. The house must be made clean and tidy, vacuumed, washed. The dishes and appliances used must be left clean.

Housing

The accommodation is spacious (3 levels of 85 m²) and is particularly suitable for children and large families wanting to meet for a few days.
Stove + oven, large fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor Magimix, blender, coffee filter and Tassimo, raclette, stone grill and pancake, toaster.

The outdoor area is fully enclosed. Terrace equipped (chairs, tables and parasol), barbecue.

The rooms are divided on two floors.
There is a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor and one with a shower on the second floor. Each level has a toilet.

We prepare the house and rooms according to the number of travelers.
The house is appreciated by travelers for its distinct spaces and which preserve the intimacy of each one.

Exchanges with travelers

We welcome you on your arrival to introduce you to the place. We can be present quickly in case of problems and we remain reachable to answer your questions if necessary.

Other remarks

The region is beautiful winter and summer. The many winegrowers in the region will be happy to show you around their estates. County fruiters (Jura cheeses) are also numerous. The nearest is at Desnes (10kms from the house). Lons Le Saunier, 23 km is a spa town. At the spa park, you will find the thermal baths where you will enjoy salt water at 32 °, the sauna and the jacuzzi.
To visit: the castle of Pierre de Bresse, the castle of Arlay.
You can organize fishing trips in the many ponds around the village.
Natural swimming pool Chapel Saint Sauveur (71) 14 kms, it is the plants that filter the water (first in France to use this process).

Large market every Monday at Louhans at 28 kms (71) city with 157 arcades, Thursday at Lons Le Saunier (23kms), Tuesday at Bletterans.
Region lakes (Vouglans, Chalain, Clairvaux, Ilay, Narlay ...) and mountains between 40 and 60 km.
