It offers excellent value for the amount paid, especially considering its location: there are two bus stops directly at the building entrance, and it is only a few minutes’ walk from La Défense, one of the most important business districts in the Paris area. From there, you have direct access to Metro Line 1, which conveniently connects to virtually all major areas of Paris. Regarding access to the building and apartment, the three separate entry codes (for three different doors) are intentionally in place as an additional security measure for residents, which is quite common in this area and contributes to a safer environment. As for your other comments, I would like to gently point out that all check-in instructions and apartment details were clearly shared in advance, including guidance on the location, transportation, and what to expect. The apartment is prepared and managed in line with the description, and we always aim to provide a smooth and comfortable stay. Paris and its surrounding areas have a particular lifestyle and setup that may feel different, especially for first-time visitors. However, the apartment’s location is considered practical, well-connected, and consistent with local standards.

Regarding the air conditioning, I completely understand your concern. While there is a portable AC unit in the living room to help during warmer days, I’d like to mention that installing traditional built-in AC systems in Paris residential buildings is extremely difficult due to strict regulations and the need for approval from both the co-ownership and the local mairie. This is why, as you might have noticed, it’s rare to see exterior AC units in most parts of the city.
