This gorgeous, waterfront condo is a perfect spot for you and your loved ones to get away for a while. Guests at this rental will enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, so you won't need to go far to start relaxing! This condo comes with a well-equipped, full kitchen to make it easy to whip up quick meals during your stay. This complex also offers several other resort-style amenities including a fitness room, as well as tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts.

Centrally located, this condo puts you close to several excellent restaurants and shops. Find public beaches just a little over a mile west of your rental, and only a mile away, explore 35 acres of coastal habitat and preserves with a three-quarter-mile boardwalk and beach access at Clam Pass Beach.

Things to Know
The guest will need to pay the on-site HOA at the office to receive a fob to access amenties. If you book after Nov 1st 2025, you will no longer need to pay the HOA onsite; you will still need to check in onsite to receive your fob to access amenties.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Location and pool are great, as is the price! We loved the screened in porch/balcony - so lovely! Condo is a bit dated, but worth it for the price. Our family of five just fit with the pull out couch, but definitely doable. Heated pool was awesome - hot tub was closed for construction, so this made all of the difference!

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing time in Naples. The condo is clean and the property is well maintained and the pool is amazing. The restaurant on property has a good happy hour and a great grouper sandwich. The management team is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Our trip to Naples (Florida)

We enjoyed our vacation get away to Naples very much. The location was wonderful, as we were within easy walking distance of the beach, several restaurants, and retail establishments. The accommodations themselves were quite nice and very well maintained. All in all, a truly delightful experience.

We liked the location near restaurants and Publix. The mattress was to our liking as well as the size of the condo. We used beach chairs, cooler, and cart provided by the owner for a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall a very positive and enjoyable experience.

This place is simple and clean. It had almost everything we needed. We loved the screen porch and access to food and groceries. The beaches aren’t too. Far away. Some thing that could be better: updated mattresses.

Great location with amenities

Condo was pleasant, resort beautiful and location awesome but the lanai (porch) construction was not advertised in the listing before reservation and it was very loud, starting at 8am every day except for the day it rained. Be aware if you plan to spend a lot of time in the unit during the day. Check before making your reservation.

BEWARE: $115 Charge to use the pool!!!

The condo was nice, well appointed and clean. The location was good. The view from the porch was very pretty. There was a lot of banging from the next room over, like, construction banging, but we didn't see anything so not sure what it was. It lasted a little over two hours and then stopped. Other than that, the property was very quiet. I was very upset that the $115 fee to use the pool was not in the listing! The pool was one of the reasons I booked this place but I was not willing to pay an additional $115 to use it for two days for a couple hours. When I texted customer service, they really didn't care. They weren't unfriendly, but they weren't friendly either. Not ever an "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding". That right there makes me not want to book this location again in the future! The listing was dishonest and misrepresented what you get for the price!!

Sandy Shores stay

Very nice and spacious apartment. Beds are comfortable, W/D inside what helps. Resort is beautiful and located 10 minutes drive from the beach and walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Yard is nice one. The only complaint that during our stay we were informed 5 minutes at advance that it will be apartment inspection. When we returned there were 4 people without masks, shoes on (COVID!). When I asked for a late check out option due to our serious inconvenience I was promised to contact later, but never had. Overall apartment is really nice, but customer service is not

dont stay here until construction is completed

Looks pretty and could have been lovely. However, the loud construction and its workers from 7:30 a.m. each day totally disrupted our ability to enjoy vacation spot. This was a Vacasa property, so perhaps VRBO did not know about the ongoing work, and the noise level and frustration we experienced. Still, all property rental agents should make sure this property is not rented until the construction work is completed. It is not fair to your clients for them to have to deal with this level of disruption

Room Nice, Resort Not so Much

The condo unit itself was just fine, clean and offered everything we needed (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, beach cart). The Resort is under going a major renovation. Construction started each morning between 8-8:30am and continued much of the day. We knew sections of the property were under construction, however did not know the extent. The construction set the fire alarm off one day as well, causing us to have to spend time sitting in the lobby. The property offers a pool, however it is only open dusk to dawn, which I also did not recall reading as part of the booking. We were there for a week long football competition, so after a long day of game play, my son would have enjoyed being able to use the pool to relax. The price was right and thankfully we had places to go during the day, but the ability to sleep in at all was not an option.

Naples

We enjoyed our visit to Naples. A truly wonderful destination. The condo was satisfactory but missing some niceties. We didn’t have any pool towels and were told at the desk that they were provided in the condo, which they were not. The desk did provide towels to other units but because we booked through Vacasa we were ineligible to receive them. I reached out to Vacasa and they reported that they would handle it. I returned to the front desk and she said the towels would be provided through Vacasa, and a request was put through them. After not hearing from Vacasa, I returned to the front desk. She finally did provide us with towels that she referred to as “undesirables”. I did eventually receive a call about the towels but it was 4:00 the day before our departure so we were not interested. In addition, we only had 3 washcloths. I was disappointed with the hospitality overall. Booking through VRBO usually includes items such as a salt shaker, a toaster, some kuerig coffee pods; basic staples that were not present that would have improved our stay. In addition, the gym/ workout room was not available due to construction, nor was the sauna/spa as advertised. I do realize that this is non tourist season and construction is best to occur during this time period, and the sauna may have been closed due to excessive heat.

Nice stay in Naples with great pool and BBQ area

Nice appartment with spacious rooms and all necessary amenities. The pool is wonderful as well as the BBQ pit with Weber grills and lots of seating possibilities. Beachequipment is also available in the appartment free of charge as well as pool towels. Absolute recommendation.

Nice resort stay

We enjoyed our stay at Park Shore resort. The check in process at the front desk was frustrating however. Vacasa hadn’t made them aware of our stay and I had to call them to send an email to the resort confirming it. I helped another lady whose cell phone had lost battery and she was waiting with her mother and 2 small children to check in. There seems to be a missing link for staying at this resort. The extra fees from Vacasa are also double of the stated rental price. Otherwise our unit was clean and we had everything we needed. Very nice view. Pool and onsite restaurant were also good. This is an older resort but seemed clean and kept up.
