Très bonne localisation facile à explorer la ville à pied. Studio propre, assez petit mais accueillant et généralement bien équipé (équipement de cuisine, serviettes, gel douche etc). On a demandé du papier toilette et de la liquide vaisselle vu qu'il y en avait tres peu quand on arrivait. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas à Lille donc on a du acheter ces choses nous-memes, et on a du se battre un peu pour avoir un remboursement. Pas très bonne communication avec les hotes concernant ce point, mais la communication avant l'arrivée était sans problème.On entend les conversations (et plus) des voisins dans le studio à coté, mais cela nous n'a pas vraiment dérangé vu que les voisins ne faisaient pas trop de bruit.
