Within a wooded environment between pine forests, pond, lake (3 km) and ocean beaches (5 km), Léon will be the perfect haven of your holidays.

Animations organized for adults (gym and water aerobics classes, mountain bike outings, jogging, archery, shows, dance parties ...) and for children from 4 to 16 years old (free kids / teens club, 5 half days / week).

For the sportsmen, the facilities of the residence are numerous:

No smoking, no pets.
Two mountain bikes are also at your disposal for 35Euro (s) / MTB / week

Terms of Payment :

- deposit: 30% of the amount to be paid on booking,
- no holiday check or CIF
A deposit check of 300 euros will be required.
+ Tourist taxes to add (0,83Euro (s) / person / day)
