New villa, duplex, semi-detached, located in a quiet area of ​​the seaside resort of Moliets, about 4 km from the ocean beach, and 2 km from the center of the village.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with fitted and equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with adjoining shower room, a separate WC, a storeroom.

Mold

The house was well represented except the extensive mold under the sink and along the walls on the first floor. That floor felt very damp during the whole time of our stay. In addition, there was no sink in the entrance way bathroom. This normally is mandatory. We would not stay there again.

Good morning , I would have preferred if you had told me about your inconvenience when you left. You seemed satisfied with your stay. Indeed I do not deny that there is some mold on the bottom of the walls around the bay window. The reason has been identified and the problem will be resolved after the season. The rental price takes this small inconvenience into account. It was not a problem for the other tenants throughout the summer. We are transparent with them by informing them upon their arrival. You will also exaggerate the situation. Concerning hand washing in the toilets, it is in no way obligatory. Kind regards.

Belle maison spacieuse et bien ombragée située dans une voie sans issue dont on ne peut calme ! petits bémols et c'est très dommage : vaisselles sales rangées dans les placards nous avons envoyé les photos à l'agence et au propriétaire sans réponse ...., barbecue extérieur pas nettoyé et inutilisable tellement la grille était rouillée. Toiles d'araignées et araignées dans toutes les pièces sans exception, parasol extérieur cassé nous avons du acheté du matériel pour pouvoir l'utiliser car sans cela nous ne pouvions pas manger sur la terrasse. Malgré ces petits désagréments, nous avons passé de belles vacances.
