Garden and terrace with view on the forest not overlooked, wooden arbor, built-in barbecue, small covered terrace at the back of the house with direct access from the kitchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cette maison très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. L’emplacement très calme est idéal car il permet de tout faire à pieds ou à vélo. Karen a été très à l’écoute et réactive, avec sa bonne humeur communicative.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hält was es verspricht: gute Lage (20 Minuten Fußläufig), gute Küchenausstattung, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, schönes Wohnzimmer und schöner Garten mit Grill. Einziger Mangel: Das Hochbett kann man nicht verwenden, wenn andere im gleichen Zimmer schlafen. Das ist sehr laut und die Matratze zu dünn. Sprich, wenn man zu fünft ist, ist das Haus perfekt, ab 6 wird es problematisch. Und es gibt auch kein WLAN.. Karen war sehr freundlich und hat uns während des Aufenthaltes jegliche Frage beantwortet und war immer erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne nochmal :)

Nous avons pris connaissance de votre message et nous vous confirmons que notre maison a bien 7 couchages mais des lits en mezzanine sont généralement plus adaptés à des enfants ou ados surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de lits 2 personnes comme précisé dans le descriptif. Nous louons la maison depuis plusieurs années et nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques à ce sujet. Vous avez quand même passé un bon séjour et nous en sommes heureux.

Belle maison pratique et proche de la plage

Maison très pratique et très bien entretenus dans un environnement calme. Proche des tennis, de la plage centrale et de son centre d'activités (restaurants, bars et petits commerces). Descriptif conforme à la réalité. Bon équipement. Plutôt pour 5 personnes que pour 7 (la chambre de 2 lits 2 personnes superposés n'est pas très exploitable en été compte tenu de la chaleur). Nous étions 5 donc pas de soucis. Très bon accueil.

Jolie maison, lumineuse, soignée, bien aménagée, avec terrasses et jardin, le tout bien entretenu, dans un quartier calme, proche de l'océan. Nous avons été ravis et sommes prêts à revenir l'été prochain. Merci à Karen Moschetti pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Impécable !!!

Logement parfait pour une famille de 5-6 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la propreté du logement, les équipements présents, le calme ambiant et la situation par rapport à la plage (ni trop près, ni trop loin..). Adresse à recommander !

Excellent séjour à Moliets.

Nous avons beaucoup aprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. La maison est très sympa et parfaitement située. Super barbecue à disposition.
