Top spot

The house is really nice and practical. Cool bedrooms downstairs, spacious bathrooms and a nice living area (inside and outside) on the first floor with various sea views and nice surrounding pinewoods. During the day it's quite busy with beachgoers but at night is it very calm. Yet some good (beach) restaurants, Hyres Port and La Capte with various facilities are on walking distance. We will definitely return here one day

Das Haus liegt hervorragend, direkt am Meer, in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Besonders hervoheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit im Haus, worauf die Eigentümer großen Wert legen und beachten. Alter Baumbestand ums Haus herum spendet ausreichend Schatten. Im Erdgeschoss sind vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein Waschraum untergebracht. Drei Schlafzimmer sind mit bodentiefen Fenstern und dadurch einem direkten Ausgang in den schönen, schattigen Hof ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein sehr schones und grosses Studio welches Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche vereint. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer verbringen selbst zeitweise ihre Ferien in diesem Haus, deshalb ist die Ausstattung entsprechend umfangreich. Vom Studio aus hat man über grosse bodentiefe Fenster freien, unverbauten Blick richtung Meer. Von hier aus gelangt man auf eine wunderbare Terrasse, die sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss befindet. Hier kann bei toller Aussicht gegrillt und gegessen werden.Der Hof hat ausreichend Platz für mehrere Autos. Der öffentliche Strand ist in 100 Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichende Ortskern bitet Restaurants und Supermarkt.Die Eigentümer, Laurent und seine Frau haben uns persönlich empfangen. Da wir nicht französisch sprechen hat Laurent eine deutsch sprechende junge Frau organisiert. Wärend dem Aufenthalt war jederzeit Kontakt per WhatsApp möglich. Vielen Dank dafür.Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Ferien machen.

Maison très fonctionnelle pour une famille de 8 personnes avec enfants, adolescents et très bien située, très proche de la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée par Éliane. Je reviendrai volontiers dans cette maison pour d'autres vacances.

Parfait quand il fait beau

Excellent séjour, la maison est très bien située et correspond aux descriptions. Proche de la plage et très calme. Moderne, vue mer et très bien équipée. Seul bémol un problème électrique du à la pluie des derniers jours qui n a pas été résolue malgré tous nos efforts et demandes. Dommage. Faudra que cela soit réglé pour les prochains voyageurs. Nous espérions aussi un geste de l hôte vu le niveau de prestation. Nous recommandons tout de même car cela devrait être réglé facilement.

Sublime maison avec Vue mer aux Pesquiers

Maison avec vue mer à 180 degrés, dégagée sur Porquerolles et les iles d’or, à deux minutes à pieds de la plage. La maison est très agréable à vivre, spacieuse, très propre, très bien aménagée, avec une décoration moderne et très sympa. Elle est parfaitement située aux Pesquiers. Elle est aussi très calme. Les hôtes sont tres accueillants, disponibles et prévenants. Des vacances 5/5 pour nous ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Besonderes, sehr geschmackvolles, modernes Haus

Alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Geschmackvolle und modern Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Gute Betten, super Küche, optimale Lage zum Strand 1 min., schöne Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer mit Sonnensegel auf der man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten kann. Es gibt schöne alte Pinien im Garten, eine Tischtennisplatte in der Garage, genügend Liegestühle. Spielsachen für die Kinder.

Schön aber nicht kinderfreundlich

Neu renoviertes geräumiges Haus, alles vorhanden. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Die Nachbarin hat sich leider schon am ersten Tag über den Kinderlärm beschwert weshalb sie danach nicht mehr im Garten spielen durften. Recht lautstarkes Zikaden Konzert um das Haus herum. Der Vermieter hat sich im nachhinein darüber beschwert dass Spuren unseres Aufenthaltes zu sehen waren und dass das Haus nicht ordentlich gereinigt war obwohl eine Endreinigung im Preis enthalten war. Er hat deshalb nochmal einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten. Nicht besonders Familienfreundlich.

Au niveau du bruit : effectivement la maison est dans une pinède résidentielle et calme avec des cigales. Au niveau de la saleté : nous n'avons certainement pas donné assez d'explications au départ du séjour mais les poubelles doivent être mises sur la rue régulièrement pour évacuation par les services publics et d'autres parts la maison étant neuve, les nombreuses traces sur les murs blancs nous ont un peu déroutées.
