Vitres sales, beaucoup de punaises, mouches collées sur la hotte et abajours d éclairage poussière s

Demeure emplacement et parc très bien. La demeure aurait besoin d être restaurée. Manque de volet dans certaines chambres. Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres risque de faire tomber les vitres, manque de mastique pour les tenir. Tuyau de douche percé. Il faudrait un vrai lave vaisselle. Les lustres plein de toiles d araignées. Cette demeure est très agréable et le serait encore plus après réfection mais surtout après un grand ménage fait dans les règles de l art.
