About this property

House of 140 m2 with swimming pool, on a plot of 1200 m2 overlooking the Luberon, located in a quiet environment 400 m from the village of Viens where you can find bakery, tobacco bar, supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and post office .
We live this house all year with our 3 children, that's why there is a trampoline and a sandbox ...
South swimming pool with private salt and not shared, secure, 8 m x 4 m with terrace equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue.

North: shaded terrace of 20M ² with table and chairs,

Ground floor: Lounge with TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet with pantry with washing machine.
On the floor: Three rooms. A bathroom with bathtub. Toilet.
WiFi internet throughout the house.
The medieval village of Viens is located in the Luberon Regional Park near all tourist sites. (Provencal Colorado, Roussillon ocher, Vaucluse fountain, Gordes, Verdon gorges, Moustier, etc ...) Nearby also departure for hiking or mountain biking.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans la très belle maison d’Elodie et Guillaume. Ce sont des hôtes charmants et disponibles. La maison est grande, bien équipée et confortable. La piscine et le jardin avec terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong et trampoline permettent à tous de passer des vacances au top ! La localisation est idéale pour découvrir le Luberon et profiter de cette région magnifique. Je recommande vivement et y retournerai certainement. Merci Elodie et Guillaume.

Wunderschöner Urlaub - Provence pur!!

Hier hat alles gestimmt: sehr nette Vermieter, ein tolles Haus mit Pool, ein sehr schönes Dorf und tolle Umgebung! Hier kann man sich super erholen und entspannen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Séjour agréable sous le soleil du Luberon

Agréable maison adaptée pour une famille. Environnement très calme. Tout y est pour que les enfants (petits, ados) s’amusent. Jolie piscine. Guillaume, Élodie et leurs enfants forment une famille très accueillante. Merci

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élodie et Guillaume. Ils nous ont chaleureusement accueillis en personne. La maison est propre, spacieuse, bien équipée. Idéal pour poser ses valises, et passer des vacances comme à la maison! Le village de Viens est typique et charmant, les environs sont vertigineusement beaux. Nous recommandons à 200% la maison d’Élodie et Guillaume.
