Comfortable house with stunning views well located for seeing the Luberon.

Our family of 6 adults had a lovely 3 week stay in this comfortable house with beautiful views which was well located to explore the Luberon, mostly within just over an hour’s drive. Thanks to the owners Pierre and Sylvie who were both helpful and welcoming while being very considerate of our privacy. Highlights of this beautiful area included the Apt market, Avignon, Aix, Carpentras, Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse including canoeing on the Sorgue, Colorado Aventure Acrobranche tree adventure course near Rustrel, Île-sur-la-Sorgue, Bonnieux, Lacoste, the Forêt des Cèdres walking trails, la Riaille water park, Oppedette gorge, Sénanque, Simiane la Rotonde, Loumarin, Cucuron, Gordes, Saignon and Sault.

Great Holiday home with breathtaking views

Comfortable, well equipped holiday home. Television, WIFI and air conditioning all worked very well. Only issue was no tablets or rinse aid for the dishwasher which would have been useful for the visitor coming from abroad. The hosts, Pierre and Sylvie were lovely and on hand with helpful local information. The excellent pool was cleared of any flying insects daily. Short 10 min drive to town of Apt which is a delight and has all necessary stores for acquiring provisions including supermarket, pharmacy and bakery. Would happily return another year and highly recommend to others wanting to explore this warm and picturesque area of France in the stunning Luberon hills.

Provence Häuschen mit schönem Blick

Wir haben uns in diesem alten und sehr schön renovierten Provence-Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Dazu trug auch der wunderschöne Garten mit vielfältigen Pflanzen und verschiedenen Sitzecken und einem schönen Blick in die Landschaft bei - und natürlich der gut gepflegte Pool.In der Hausbeschreibung fehlt allerdings der Hinweis, dass ein Zimmer mit drei Betten nicht abgeschlossen ist, sondern sich über dem Wohnzimmer auf einer Galerie befindet - was uns nicht gestört hat - und ein Hinweis zu fehlender Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, die man extra bezahlen muss, wenn man sie nicht selbst mitbringt. Auch eine Grundausstattung von Spülmittel, Geschirr-Tabs, Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier usw. waren nicht vorhanden.Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nachbarvilla und sind sehr diskret.Der Weg in das Städtchen ist leider weit, sodass wir - zumindest bei hohen Temperaturen - doch auf das Auto angewiesen waren.

Super séjour !

La location est encore mieux que l'annonce ! Déjeuner en terrasse tous les matins avec le levé du soleil et la vue sur le Luberon c'est juste magnifique. La piscine est très appréciée vue la chaleur, et le terrain de pétanque (boules fournies) est idéal pour passer de bons moments pendant que le barbecue grille la viande ! Un grand merci a Sylvie et Pierre pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur convivialité. Merci à Pierre pour le nettoyage de la piscine tous les matins ! Superbe region, beaucoup de marchés provençaux, de jolis villages, et de bons restaurants locaux.

Super tolles Haus & Pool

Seit vielen Jahren sind wir nun in Südfrankreich mit unserer Familie im Urlaub. Meistens über FeWo-direkt gebucht. Dieses mal aber war es unser schönster Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet von der Terasse einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berggipfel des Luberon. Alles ist im Haus vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber und hat insgesammt in 3 Schlafzimmer Klimaanlagen. Der Pool ist mehr mit 7x3 Meter auch groß genug für eine Familie mit Kinder. Der Vermieter wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe, stört aber überhaupt nicht, im Gegenteil...., wir wurden von den Vermieter auf einen Trink eingeladen. Für uns war es 2024 der bislang schönste Urlaub in Südfrankreich in deisem Haus. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt 2025 wieder in diese wundervolle Unterkunft. Danke an die Vermieter Pierre und Sylvia.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir waren im Frühjahr hier mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Sehr netter Empfang, die Gastgeber sprechen nur französisch, Verständigung mit Händen und Füßen und Smartphone problemlos. Super Lage, sehr ruhig, per Straße nach Apt ins Zentrum 4 min, zu Fuß 15 min. Der Pool ist beheizt und wird täglich gereinigt, der Garten ist sehr ordentlich, Liegen und Stühle im Garten ausreichend. Großer Tisch unter Blätterdach auf der Terasse ist sehr romantisch. Zwei Doppelzimmer: nicht sehr groß, aber bei schönem Wetter brauchten wir nicht mehr. Im Obergeschoss ein grosses Zimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten In der Küche ist mit Herd, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine alles da. Mückenschutz mitbringen! Ansonsten gibts im Supermarkt in der Stadt alles! Waschmaschine und Wäscheleine gibts auch! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und zu allen Märkten der Region! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, dieses Ferienhaus ist meine Empfehlung! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super!

Wunderbar

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Pierre und Sylvie, den wir sehr genossen haben. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht ganz so gut mit. Das Haus eignet sich besser für ein Leben am Pool, auf einer der Terrassen oder im Garten. Tolle Landschaft!

entspannter angenehmer Urlaubsort

Zusammen mit Familie und Freunden hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist wunderschön gemacht. Der Aussicht auf die Bergen und umliegenden Dörfer ist sehr schön. Pierre und Sylvie sind netter Gastgeber, mit denen man über vieles offen klären kann. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen und reisen gerne wieder dahin.

Excellent séjour à Apt dans une maison très bien équipée La terasse est très agréable et ombragée à midi pour le déjeuner Autour de la piscine il y a le choix entre se mettre au soleil ou lire à l'ombre; beaucoup de place dans le jardin. L'airco est un plus Superbe vue!

Un endroit magnifique et des hôtes adorables

Une des plus jolies locations qu'il nous ait été d'habiter. Tout était parfait, de la vue imprenable et reposante à l'intérieur douillet en passant par l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Très belle maison sur les hauteurs d'Apt

Location parfaite en famille. La maison est conforme à la description. Les + : localisation au calme, l'extérieur, la vue magnifique, l'accueil des propriétaires vraiment très agréables et de bon conseil, la piscine chauffée dès le mois de mai. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le Luberon

Gîte fait pour vivre à l'extérieur car les canapes dans le salon sont très inconfortables ainsi que la literie. En plus dans l annonce on ne precise pas qu 1chambre attenante a la maison communique uniquement par l extérieur ( par temps de pluie bonjour). Et une autre en mezzanine faite pour les petits. La 2éme salle d eau n a pas de lavabo et en plus c'est un sanybroyeur(bonjour) L extérieur est magnifique avec vue et piscine

Prachtige locatie!

Het huisje had alles!! Een goed uitgeruste keuken, wifi, petanque, zwembad, zon en schaduw, goed gelegen voor excursies. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug.

Coquette maison /emplacement charmant

Calme étonnant pour une maison située en ville! Vue incroyable sur la vallée d’Apt. Grand terrain bien aménagé et intime. L’intérieur n’est pas luxueux mais répond bien à nos besoins et on s’y sent confortable. Petits détails de décoration provençale ici et là. Pierre et Sylvie nous ont très bien accueilli et la communication a toujours été facile. Simple bémol: il faut prévoir certains trucs de base qui ne sont pas inclus (ex: savon à vaisselle et lessive, sacs pour poubelle, sel/poivre et autres ingrédients de base pour la cuisine) . Par contre, Sylvie nous a gentiment fourni du savon à vaisselle à l’arrivée alors que nous étions trop fatigués pour retourner au marché ! On y reviendrait !

Une villa de charme, très bien équipée et idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa charmante avec un extérieur idéal pour des vacances de rêve en famille ou entre amis. La vue est magnifique et les propriétaires adorables et toujours disponibles. De plus, elle est parfaitement située pour visiter les plus beaux sites du Luberon.

Fabulous Provençal location.

Our hosts Sylvie and Pierre were wonderful - friendly and helpful, and on hand if we had any queries. The pool was always clean, and was used daily, as the temperature was upper thirties most days, so a very welcome feature of the property. Lovely views over the Luberon area, and easy access to many local places to visit - we were sad to leave. We think the property would be best suited to a small family, rather than two adult couples. The second ‘bedroom’ is actually just a mezzanine floor above the lounge, with fairly low ceiling, so would be OK for kids, but not really for a second adult couple, due to the lack of privacy. The third bedroom is beside the pool, and contains a washbasin, but to use the bathroom or toilet, one had to go outside and enter the main cottage. Main cottage has one bathroom with basin, a shower and a toilet, which is fine, but the second ‘bathroom’ has just a toilet (macerator type), and a small shower, but no washbasin. We loved our stay here, but did feel that the lounge seating could be improved, as neither sofa was particularly comfortable for an evening - fortunately it was plenty warm enough to sit outside. We also enjoyed a great game of pétanque with our hosts, as well as apero drinks one evening - couldn’t have been made more welcome. The kitchen was a perfect cottage kitchen, with everything you could need, and more than adequate space. We would return, but not with adult friends or guests.
