Superb villa with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi in lush greenery

Villa Akiba is perfect for holidays with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 people, it is located in a quiet area of the Cabris ravine, ideally placed to go to the village of Entre-deux or to Cilaos, as well as to the Piton de la Fournaise. It is 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Pierre and its lagoon.
The villa is spacious with large volumes.
The heated salt slate swimming pool and the Jacuzzi allow you to relax after a hike.
The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have excellent bedding.
An independent building (SPA) accommodates the jacuzzi (of the same type as the Palm Hotel, 5 stars), a bathroom and a bedroom upstairs.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and is very functional with its central island.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre enchanteur

La villa Akiba offre tout le confort et les commodités pour passer un séjour exceptionnel sur l'île de la Réunion. La piscine, le jacuzzi, le jardin, la terrasse ... rien ne manque pour se sentir à l'aise et profiter au mieux de la douceur tropicale. Alain, le propriétaire des lieux, est très gentil et disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. A recommander sans modération !

Vacances familiales

Excellent séjour chez Alain. La maison est très bien équipée avec un salon cathédrale spacieux ouvert sur la cuisine, de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur une terrasse extérieure avec barbecue. La piscine extérieure est chauffée et le jacuzzi avec Netflix est la cerise sur le gâteau ! Endroit parfait pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (boulangerie, supermarché, glacier) et de Saint Pierre. Excellent contact avec Alain très disponible. On reviendra !

Maison très bien équipée, très bien placee pour visiter le sud sauvage. Alain est très accommodant et de très bons conseils. A recommander!

tres belle villa

Mr Ricci est tres gentil , la maison est très bien equipe (guide sur la réunion , enceinte sans fil , siège bebe pour la voiture , moustiquaire pour bebe , jeux de société et jeux pour enfant ). il nous a offert un punch de bienvenue et nous a donné plein de conseil fort utile la piscine est idéal pour les enfant avec deux niveaéu d'eau . le seul point négatif est qu'il y a des coq accolé a la maison , mais il y en a un peu partout sur l'ile .

Les équipements que vous avez signalés concernant les enfants en bas âge, sont mis gracieusement à la disposition des voyageurs pour rendre leur séjour encore plus agréable. Désolé mais nous ne pouvons pas agir sur la présence de coq dans les jardins Réunionnais car ça fait parti de leur culture et c'est aussi les valeurs du bien vivre ensemble. Paysages époustouflants à voir pour le croire !!Lieu unique !

Nous étions plusieurs couples d’amis à partager la villa de M. Alain .Les chambres étaient impeccables avec une belle grande cuisine bien équipée . Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire très sympathique . La villa est bien située pour visiter les différents sites incontournables de la Réunion. Merci à Alain de nous avoir conseiller de survoler l’ile en ULM ., ce fut un moment magique !!!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Moderne Villa mit grosszügigem Raumkonzept. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlngefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien ausgestattet, der geheitzte Pool und der separate Wirlpool inmitten der Palmen und Pflanzen der Lieblingsort schlechthin. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Alain, der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour très appréciable

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre...dans un cadre luxueux et moderne fort appréciés des ados, comme des grands! Spa et piscine parfaits pour la détente, cuisine particulièrement bien équipée, et propriétaire disponible et attentionné.. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
