About this property

Provencal Mas of charm

Large charming family home in the heart of an area of 9ha composed of woods, vineyards and olive trees with exceptional views over the entire valley of the Eygues and the village of Vinsobres.
The house has a garden to the South, offering a large swimming pool and a terrace protected by a planted pergola, ideal for lunches in the shade.
True haven of peace, the place is ideal to relax with friends or family.

Interior equipment available:
Kitchen: Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Nespresso machine, very well equipped with dishes / cutlery / utensils.
Cellar: Fridge, Freezer.
Laundry room: Washing machine, Tumble dryer.
Living room: Large fireplace, 2 sofas, armchairs, dining room table, "Irish" billiard area.

Outside equipment available:
Pool (unheated), garden furniture, ping-pong table, barbecue, hammock (with breathtaking views for a quality nap)
Tennis court: the ground, accessible by foot in amount 5min, is not quite recent. The coating has cracked in places because of the roots but it is still possible to play (provide rackets and balls).

Warning: presence of unsafe water in the vicinity of the house (two stone basins).

The house is 7min drive from the center of Nyons, and 20min from Vaison-la-Romaine.

Linen (except pool towels) and cleaning are included in the price.

Emplacement ideal ! Isolé et en meme temps a 5min de Nyons pour profiter de toutes les commodités. Superbe coucher de soleil, piscine et exterieur au top pour passer de belles journees et soirees.

Très belle maison et très joli parc environnant. La maison est proche de Nyons avec un super marché le dimanche matin. La région est très jolie, les propriétaires sympas et réactifs, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers dans la maison ce qui peut être un problème pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Noël à Mirabel

Super séjour ! Maison très spacieuse et chaleureuse pour notre séjour familial pour Noël ! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très réactifs à nos demandes . Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Jardin immense , grande terrasse plein sud,table de ping pong, terrain de tennis .....tout était parfait ! 1 adresse en or !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine géniale avec 2 couples d'amis et leurs enfants dans cette grande maison familiale. La propriété est entourée d'oliviers et de vigne, pas de voisins à proximité. le cours de tennis est en bon état, nous en avons bien profité. Merci beaucoup Thibaut
