2 Bedroom full furnishing villa first floor near Disney World,Lego Land.

Our well furnished vacation condo is located inside the Tuscana Resort Orlando. Guests will have full access to the amazing club house -- swimming pool, gym, Jacuzzi/spa, restaurant, even a movie theater! Awesome choice for families with kids as we are only 15 minutes' drive away from the major theme parks, such as Disney World.

The space
Bedrooms with hotel-standard comfy beds make your travel just like the way back home.
Big bathrooms with bathtub.
Recently updated new carpet and floor.
Cozy living room & dining area, well furnished. We just upgraded to new Mediterranean style carpet and floor.
Nice patio with .Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware.
Wi-Fi & Cable TV.
And the club house of course: gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi/Spa, restaurant & bar, movie theater .

Guest access
Guests have full access to the vacation condo, as well as the club house.

Other things to note
The hot tub, pool, gym etc are in the clubhouse in the resort.

Clean and quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The property was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of is. The pool area was an added perk as they have multiple cabanas and have a bar that serves food. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very nice but there was some brown filth on the bathroom and bedroom baseboards that we rubbed a bit with a wet towel and it was removable. Lacked a bit on cleanliness,Pool and grounds were nice.

There was a slight issue with the check in instructions but Walter and his wife sorted it within 5 mins of contacting them. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything that you could need. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

The pool area was very well kept and the water was so comfortable for typical February temps. The gated admission was a reassuring safety feature.Out host Walter was wonderful to work with. From the first contract,up to and including our arrival and throughout our one month stay he was great. We would both return again without question and highly recommend his unit to anyone wanting to stay in the Champion Gate area of Four Corners, Florida.

Great property!

Very nice condo. Beautiful pool area. Comfy beds and extra blankets provided. Anything we needed the host was great to reply and help us. I will note that the people upstairs make a lot of noise walking around starting before 5:30am. Of course this is nothing the host could control, just mentioning in case you are a sensitive sleeper or noise bothers you. We loved it and will return!!
