The house of about 400 MQ is articulated in 3 independent blocks.
The first block has a large entrance with a small library, a dining table, an indoor kitchen, the great Captain's queen with the comfortable mustard bath with indoor or outdoor shower choices. From all the rooms there is access to a grand porch with various table situations, and comfortable sofas for various seating, a dining table for 16 people, an open-air kitchen.
The second block, which is the same as the third one, consists of two large double bedrooms with a desk and a bathroom with a large shower with a window overlooking the sea. All rooms are double. They are all equipped with comfortable beds, orthopedic mattresses, mosquito nets, refined Italian linens, sheets and bath towels, pool towels, ceiling and floor fans.
The large porch, which connects the whole house, offers shelter from the sun at all times.
The tropical garden of more than 2000 square meters surrounds the entire house.
In a secluded corner, overlooking a deserted bay, there is a hut with 2 massage beds, in the garden under a large palm tree another hut with two massage beds and in the opposite corner also this sheltered from the rest of the house, a relaxation hut with double bed.
In the middle of the garden, in the heart of the house there is the wonderful cantilever pool on the Ocean, surrounded by a large platform (suitable for yoga, meditation, mindfulness) on which are placed matelas and deckchairs for everyone, next to a large shower external.

The house is not recommended for children as it is all over the sea, pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
