We stayed for a week at the end of July and could not have been happier with our choice of house. The property has everything you could wish for and felt like home as soon as we arrived. Check in was straight-forward and there is easy access to park a car to the side of the property. The ice maker was a fantastic plus for the hot afternoons we spent by the pool and the kitchen had everything you could think of for self-catering. We were looking forward to meeting Romeo the cat and he didn't disappoint. We were all sad to say goodbye to him when we left. The pool area is lovely and we never got tired of looking at the views towards the mountains both from the pool and from the upstairs main bedroom and dressing room. Vedene itself was an added bonus - we were planning on using the house as a base to go to Avignon and other areas, but the town itself was picturesque and had a lot to offer. We went down to the main square on one night for the food trucks and live music evening which was excellent! The Carrefour was big enough and only a short walk or drive. Nathalie could not have been a better host - the communication throughout was excellent and we met her on the day after we got there when she came to show us how to get the TV working for the Euros final! OK the house does not have air-con, and it was hot at night on some of the days we were there, but there is a breeze from being up on higher ground which was refreshing. We would recommend this property whole heartedly.

Serh schönes Haus mit Katze zum Versorgen

Das Haus liegt ideal um die Provence zu erkunden. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, als ob es bis vor kurzem noch von den Vermiertern selbst bewohnt gewesen wäre.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Straße am Haus wird nur zum Feierabend etwas mehr befahren. Was uns nicht gestört hat.Der Pool bietet einen eine super Abkühlung am Abend nach den Ausflügen.Nathalie ist bei Problemen immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall und nach 25 Minuten war ihr Freund vor Ort und hat ihn wieder eingeschaltet. Besser geht's nicht.Die Betetn sind bequem, die Liegen am Pool sind neu.Am Abend kann man einen Holzohlegrill nutzen.Als Besonderheit ist zu erwähnen, dass eine Katze (Romeo) versorgt werden muss. (2-3 mal am Tag füttern) Die ist sehr zutraulich. Manchmal kommt auch eine zweite Katze vom Nachbarn die auch etwas Futter haben will.

enttäuscht

Wir waren mit unserer 21. jährigen Tochter da, die Größe des Hauses war okay. Allerdings:viele persönliche Dinge der Vermieter waren in allen Räumen / Schränken / Regalen, ein Zimmer roch nach pubertierendem Teeny, viele Geräte in der Küche waren sehr schmierig, Essensreste waren noch im Kühlschrank (angefangene Soßen & Majo, Gurkenglas, etc.) , 2Katzen, die durchs Fenster ins Haus kamen und deren Futter bei unserer Ankunft unabgedeckt auf der Mikrowelle stand , ekelhaft, und die von uns mehrfach/Tag versorgt werden mussten.Wir konnten Fenster und Türen im EG nicht geöffnet lassen, weil die Katzen auf den Fensterbänken lagen oder durch die Türen rein kamen. Und wir hatten EXTRA ein Haus OHNE Haustiere gewählt. Im Garten waren 6 Liegen, allerdings waren die Auflagen wohl schon so lange/immer auf den Liegen, dass sie alle Rostflecken hatten.Das bekomme ich wegen dieses „Formates“ nicht gelöschtversorgtesten mussten.

Urlaub in der Provence

Die Unterkunft ist optimal, um die Provence zu erkunden. Man ist super schnell in Avignon. Ausflüge nach Arles, Orange, Richtung Mont Ventoux oder in die Carmargue sind zeitlich gut erreichbar. Der Pool bietet Abkühlung. Das Ferienhaus und dessen Ausstattung ist super. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste.

Lovely place to spend a summer holiday

Bij aankomst bleek er een kat in het huis te wonen voor wie wij geacht werden te zorgen. Dwz voeren en zorgen dat -ie naar binnen kon. In de praktijk betekende dat dus een miauwende kat die om eten en aandacht vroeg 's ochtends vroeg. De eigenaar had ons buitengewoon vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen dus wij hebben er niet echt een punt van gemaakt maar ik vond het toch niet heel prettig. Tot verbazing van de eigenaar is er geen woord over gezegd, terwijl zij dacht dat het uitgebreid beschreven was. Minpunt van dit huis.

Une maison très agréable avec une belle piscine

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Vedène. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, et elle a beaucoup de charme. L'extérieur est très agréable, et la piscine bien entretenue. La propriétaire est sympathique, et flexible quant à l'heure d'arrivée. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la région, et tous les commerces sont proches, accessibles à pieds. L'endroit est très calme. Deux petits bémols : - aucun parasol, ce qui est surprenant dans une région aussi ensoleillée => aucune ombre avant 13h environ => nous avons été contraints de filer au supermarché acheter parasols et voile d'ombrage - certains appareils ménagers sont en mauvais état et donc un peu délicats à utiliser, ils mériteraient une réparation (panier du lave-vaisselle et machine à café). A part ces détails, tout était très bien et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour au soleil de Provence.
