Our charming house

We offer you our charming house for authentic holidays: unspoiled nature, sandy beaches and coves, bike rides, walking, horse riding ... not to mention the animation of Saint Sauveur, Port Joinville or the port of La Meule with their shops, markets, cafes and restaurants.

The house is ideally located on the edge of the Citadel, 5 minutes by bike from Port Joinville (shops) and 10 minutes from the beaches. The house is a haven of peace with its garden of 1800 m2 with terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue).

Inside you will find:
- 1 kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine)
- 1 living / dining room (with TV, large family table)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 persons), bathroom with adjoining WC
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 persons)
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds (2 persons)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 WC

We also provide you with a WI FI internet connection

Annonce et avis affichés élogieux !? Manque global d'entretien . Jardin à l'abandon, fenêtres en mauvais état, plusieurs matelas tachés d'urine ... Dommage car propriété bien située avec du potentiel . Propriétaire injoignable à l'issue de la location...ça laisse à réfléchir !

Nous sommes désolés de lire votre commentaire. Nous avons en effet dû revoir avec la société de nettoyage de la maison qui pour la 1ere fois cette année n’a pas fait son job correctement. Quant à l’impossibilité à nous joindre à l’issue de la location, ce n’est absolument pas volontaire, nous n’avons reçu aucun message. N’hésitez pas à nous recontacter via le site. Très belle prestation

Bonjour, la maison est idéalement située, proximité du port tout en étant au calme. Pratique, spacieuse et accueillante, la maison est au Rdv de l annonce. La propriétaire réponds très rapidement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Belle et grande maison, bien équipé, avec un très beau jardin ! Bien situé proche de Port-Joinville ( même si il y a un peu trop de passage dans la rue...), mais aussi proche des côtes sauvages. J'ai aimé !

Très belle maison !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison tout près de Port Joinville. La maison est très bien agencée et équipée, et nous avons pu profiter du grand jardin. C'était parfait !

Grâce à son emplacement idéal et au calme, nous avons pu découvrir l'Ile d'Yeu et profiter des espaces offerts dans cette maison : vaste pièce à vivre pour deux familles, grande terrasse et jardin, belles chambres pour les adultes et espace enfant, cuisine équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire,

Belle semaine

Nous avons passé une fantastique semaine dans une maison familiale sympa. La maison est tres bien équipée avec un magnifique et grand jardin fleuri dont notre fille a bien profité, particulièrement la balançoire et le trampoline. La terrasse est très agréable et nous y avons pris chaque repas. Nous recommandons cette maison qui est bien située par rapport à Port Joinville, aux commerces et différentes plages.

La maison est très agréable pour 8 adultes.

Tout est parfait Nous avons particulièrement bien apprécié la terrasse le slon et la salle pour leur espace et agencement. Les chambres sont très agréables aussi.Les marches sont perturbantes au début , mais on les oublie très vite. Seule ombre au tableau: le panier du bas du lave vaisselle ne supporte pas le poids de 8 assiettes , les roulettes sortent des rails et empêchent le bras de tourner.

Cette maison et son terrain sont très agréables ainsi que la terrasse et maison très fonctionnelle.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison à l'Ile d'Yeu. Extérieurement, terrain et terrasse sont charmants. Intérieurement, cette maison est très fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes. Le fait qu'il y ait les sanitaires et salles de bain en double est très appréciable. Concernant les appareils ménagers, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, c'est de qualité. Seul bémol, la cuisine est un peu étroite. Nous parlerons de cette location à d'autres personnes.

la maison est bien équipée. attention, pour ceux qui ont de jeunes enfants, il y a des petites marches qui séparent les différentes pièces.
