About this property

Little cottage in the country. 10 minutes from downtown Newnan.

Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night from the back deck with a larged fenced in yard. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park.

We have added a brand new deck out the back door with table and chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and is very private.

We will consider well behaved dogs upon request, for a $75 (non-refundable) per dog fee. Please message us with dog details. Dogs must be current on monthly flea/tick prevention, house trained and crated when you are away from the house. Please no pets on the furniture! Sorry, no cats.

For your security, the home has a doorbell camera. This camera is used to verify guests during check in/out to allow self check in.

Please no inquiries regarding long term rentals. This is strictly a VRBO rental.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a weekend while my daughter was in a horse show nearby. The house was well maintained and clean and the owners were very helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved staying here! The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed. The furnishings were super nice, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a perfect fenced backyard for our dog, and he was living his best life there!! We can't wait to stay here again. We got to meet our host, and he was super friendly and accommodating, cannot recommend staying here enough.

Nice Cottage

This is the third time my wife and I stayed at this cottage with our puppies and we loved it. It has been a perfect location and little cottage for us each time. The owners are friendly and helpful.

This beautiful cottage was comfortable and cozy. My husband and I enjoyed the lovely patio outside for breakfast. Plenty of sleeping space for my grandkids. I felt safe staying there by myself.

Short trip

We stayed at this property for a quick trip with our puppies to meet our new grandson. It’s the second time in three years we have stayed at this property. They have added a back deck since the last time we were there. It is pet friendly, clean, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great weekend get away

We had a wonderful time at this little cottage outside Newnan GA. It was very clean, very well kept, and very comfortable. The large yard was perfect for our dogs. The owners were very kind and left the front porch light on for us since it was late when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we are going to be in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage - had everything we needed. It was rainy so we didn't get to spend too much time on the back porch but it was so nice and peaceful. Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything you might need. Although it had 3 bedrooms, we only used 1. Kitchen was well equipped and the bath had plenty of towels, wash cloths and tissue. The location worked out well as my brother who I had not seen in 5 years was just 10 min. away. The owner was great and let us know that he was right next door if we needed anything.

This cottage has more space and is more comfortable than a hotel room. It is out in the quiet country, but close enough to town to grab dinner or jump on the interstate. The home has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and a washer and dryer for your use. There is a large deck out back and park style grill for outdoor enjoyment and relaxation.
