THE APARTMENT FEATURES:
A spacious double bedroom with a King-size bed, a large wardrobe and a sofa bed for a possible third person. 
A living room with an equipped kitchenette and another sofa bed with a pull out bed.
Two bathrooms, one of which with a shower, are equipped with soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Bath and bed linen are included.

- speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV;
- individually controlled heating and air conditioning;
soundproof windows and adjustable shutters for total darkness;
- high quality comfortable mattresses:
- Kitchenette: dishes, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee machine, toaster, electric pot;

Free parking along the street and some guarded paid parking around, but being the house very central, a car is not necessary.

Main city bus stops and a Taxi rank 100 meters away;
20 minutes walking to Termini Railway Station and the Air Terminal to the airport or only 2 stops by bus;

HOUSE RULES: children over ten years old are welcome;
non-smoking guests and no pets.

CHECK IN: from 2:00 pm. to 3:00 pm. Other times to be agreed.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
CHECK IN and OUT from 9:00 pm to 12:00 p.m. have a charge of €40.00, to be paid cash on arrival, as well as on Sundays and public holidays
After 12:00 p.m. no check in is possible.

TAXES. The Municipality of Rome requires for each person over 10 years old, a tourist tax of €6.00 ​​per night, to be paid cash upon arrival. The tax is paid only for the first 10 days of stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The traveler and the people accompanying him are personally responsible for any damage to the structure and things. A security deposit of €200.00 may be required, which is refundable upon departure, if there are no damages.

PLEASE NOTICE - The apartment is magnificent for a couple that can have a large bedroom, living room and two bathrooms. If you are more than two people and wish to sleep all in single beds, please kindly mention it when booking, so that we can arrange the apartment according to your wishes.
