Welcome to this beautiful, renovated, bright and quiet apartment (private street), located in a small residence in the center of Saint Médard en Jalles, a residential town near Bordeaux .

-> 30 minutes from the center of Bordeaux (13 kms) - bus 3 direct to the historic center at 50 meters
-> 30 minutes from Lacanau Océan (40 kms), the Arcachon basin and the oyster villages of Cap Ferret
-> on the Médoc wine route and 45 minutes from ST Emilion

- komfortabel und sauber, - komplett eingerichtet, - kostenloser Parkplatz - Bus nach Bordeaux (45min., 2,10€, Zehnerkarte mit Rabatt besorgen!) - keine Klimaanlage, aber mit geschlossenen Fensterläden war es auszuhalten (August 2023 war extrem warm!)
