This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 9 persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 3 persons.

The main house:
There is one double bedroom downstairs, with comfortable box spring beds. The downstairs bathroom is foreseen with a bath, toilet and basin. The living room is designed with plenty quality seating furniture and a big size smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dining table- as well as kitchenware. Also downstairs, you will find the game room with a football table, toys & books.
Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, with shower. The biggest bedroom sleeps up to 5 persons. It exists of a comfortable double bed and bunk beds which sleeps 3 perons – up to 100kg per person (so also suitable for adults). The second bedroom has a double bed (boxspring) and sleeps 2 persons.

Separate apartment with private entrance:
This modern apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and there is an extendible sofa in the living room for one extra person. The living area is foreseen with a LED smart TV and a small, but fully equipped kitchen (microwave, 2 ring stove, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, toaster, and plenty of kitchenware). The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. From the apartment you have direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
