The home is located in a quiet apartment building and secure with automatic access fences as well as an intercom. It has a private parking space. Located on the sixth floor of the building with an elevator, the double-oriented apartment of 140-sq.m offers a panoramic view of Gulf of Ajaccio and Corsican mountain range. You can find three bedrooms, with an average of 15-sq.m each one, are equipped with two 90x200-cm beds to accommodate all comfort 6 people. The clients will have access to a private parking space, as well as the entire apartment and terraces, except a blocked dressing room (6-sq.m). Additionally, fibre broadband internet access, as well as Orange TV, except for VOD. A safe will be available for the clients. I plan to be here at the arrival of the clients, for the meet and greet, as well as the checkout. I will be easily reachable during the stay for any help or advice, and will be present within a distance 50 km from Ajaccio. In the law court district, my home is located at the beginning of the height of the city, which allows enjoying a pretty view while being close to old town. At the foot of the apartment complex, you will find a grocery. You will also find a hospital very close by. A few metres away, access to Cours Napoléon, at the level of Abbatucci square and its shopping facilities (bars, restaurants, tobacco retailer, bakeries...). It is a secure and central district. My home is served by a bus line (Lycée Laetitia) stop), going to Sanguinaires beaches. It is easily reachable on foot, a few metres away, from the ferry terminal, bus station as well as train station. The home was recently painted and has double glass. The furniture is new as well as the bedding and the household appliances. You will find abundant storage space. I expect from the clients who come to my home that they respect the goods, but also the neighbourhood. In summary, behave like a diligent administrator. I accept the presence of pets, and I put at your disposal a doghouse insofar as the pet does not damage the furniture and be well educated. Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Korsikas Hauptstadt super Lage mit perfekter Aussicht

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Beeindruckend war die Lage und die Aussicht auf Altstadt und Hafen. Grosse Fenster, auf beiden Seiten Balkon. Der sechste Stock war durch den Fahrstuhl kein Problem. Durch Info's von Antoine seinem Blog fand man sich gut zurecht und konnte problemlos seine Ausflüge starten. Abends war man dann auf kurzem Weg in der Altstadt und konnte den Tag ausklingen lassen.

La casa si trova in una buona posizione ad Ajaccio, vicina al centro e a pochi minuti dal mare. La casa gode di due balconi e uno di questi si affaccia sul porto, offrendo un ottima vista. L'interno della casa ha ampie stanze come quella del soggiorno.

agréable séjour à Ajaccio

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement xxl dominant la baie d'Ajaccio correspondant bien à la description proposée. Antoine Chiappini est accueillant, sympathique et de bon conseil sur les sites à découvrir. Nous avons fait des ballades et des randonnées dans l'arrière pays (montagne, plages et falaises, petits villages). L' appartement est agréable, spacieux et ensoleillé toute la journée, bien situé et proche du centre ville avec une magnifique vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Le bémol est la salle de bain un peu "vétuste" et le sous équipement en ustensiles pour cuisiner. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour se détendre et se changer les idées en contemplant la baie à toute heure de la journée.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement XXL d’Antoine à Ajaccio a été très agréable (septembre 2016) L’appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif, 1 grand salon salle à manger, 1 cuisine largement équipée avec gazinière four lave-vaisselles, etc. , 3 grandes chambres doubles, 1 sdb avec wc, 1 autre wc séparé 1 lave linge. L’appartement étant au 6e étage une superbe vue de la baie d’Ajaccio s'offre à vous depuis l’immense balcon. Une place de parking est prévue dans cette location très appréciable. Propreté correct rien à dire, accueil très sympathique, je recommande sans problème à tous mes proches et contacts, Cette location a répondu à nos attentes, c'était parfait rien à dire de plus.

Accueil très chaleureux . Appartement très spacieux et confortable, et très bien équipé, avec en prime une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Les plages sont accessibles en très peu de temps et tout est à proximité ... commerces, bar, restaurants. De quoi contente toute la famille !

Jeg vil si at bedømmingen ligger mellom 4-5 stjerner. Litt trafikkstøy og et bad som var OK, men enkelt. Flotte luftige soverom og et velutstyrt kjøkken. Fin stue som vi nesten ikke brukte da vi oppholdt oss på verandaen hele tiden vi var i leiligheten. Utsikten derfra var formidabel, men jeg hadde ønsket meg etpar mer behagelige stoler. Vertskapet var meget hyggelige og serviceminded.

Det er ztorbyferie. så man må påregne trafik støj om morgenen samt fra helikopter til hospitalet.Vi opholdt os på altanen med storslået udsigt.

Grand appartement très bien situé

Appartement conforme à sa description sur le site Homelidays. Les sanitaires n'ont pas été refaits à neuf comme le reste de l'appartement. Petit point à améliorer : quelques équipements de cuisine manquent à l'appel (spatules en bois ou plastique, couteaux de cuisine). M. Chiappini est sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine, malgré un temps mitigé, sans jamais nous lasser de la vue sur le golfe !

Notre séjour à Ajaccio

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en famille. Le logement est vraiment très spacieux et très bien équipé, propre et moderne avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Il possède un parking privé. Il est très bien situé (au calme, à quelques centaines de mètres du centre historique, des commerces et des plages). Il peut accueillir aisément 6 adultes sans aucun problème. Le propriétaire est très gentil, disponible et très à l'écoute. A notre arrivée, il nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné d'excellents conseils sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter. A recommander vivement !
