The ground floor consists of a kitchen-dining room and a living room which open across the whole width of the house onto a wind-protected courtyard terrace facing west. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe and a desk; an independent bathroom with shower and WC.
On the second floor, an attic bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a large chest of drawers, a desk and a small sink.

Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots and dishes ... Gas heating and hot water.

The house is located on the right bank, near Place Allain-Leprest. Easy parking. On foot, it's 8 min. (600 m) from the Saint-Hilaire bus stop (lines T1, T2 and T3 from TEOR) and 13 min. from Place du Boulingrin (metro terminus).
A butcher shop at 300 m, a bakery at 650 m, a mini-market at 450 m, a pharmacy at 600 m. All shops at Croix-de-Pierre (1000 m) or rue Armand-Carrel and place Saint-Marc (1500 m).
The youth hostel is 9 min. (700 m), the Saint-Hilaire Clinic at 8 min. and the CHU Charles-Nicolle at 13 min. (1000 m).
