The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from the region's largest and most beautiful beach: Praia Norte.
With 96 m² of living space, it features two bedrooms, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, a large, bright, and cheerful living room, and a very large terrace from which you can see the beach dunes and the ocean.
The location is excellent—it’s close to everything, yet in a quiet, uncrowded area. Parking is very easy near the house. The decor is cheerful and functional, and the place is spotlessly clean. You’ll always feel well taken care of, and there will be someone available to answer any questions or handle any issues that may arise. Peniche offers visitors a variety of leisure options to relax and enjoy nature, nightlife, and socialising at the various spots in the area.
You’ll be surprised by the wide range of restaurants and their diverse offerings. Peniche is Portugal’s most important port for traditional fishing. Must-see destinations include the Berlengas Islands, Baleal, Cabo Carboeiro, and many other beautiful nearby spots. The apartment never disappoints—it has everything you need, is cheerful and bright, and we take special care with the cleaning.

Einsam außerhalb der Saison

Die Wohnung haben wir super sauber angetroffen, auch die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit Patricia lief reibungslos! Zum Surfstrand sind es etwa 300m, also Bord unterm Arm und rüber, sehr praktisch. Das nächste Restaurant und Surfcafé sind etwa 500 m weiter! Essen genießbar, aber schlechter Service! Da wir in den Herbstferien dort waren, außerhalb der Saison, zur Surfweltmeisterschaft, glich diese Urbanización eher einer Geisterstadt. Alles nur Ferienwohnungen oder leerstehende Wohnungen. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Zudem war es jetzt im Herbst abends wirklich kalt und nur im Wohnzimmer ist ein Elektrokamin, er wärmte schnell, aber in der Küche ist keine Heizung! Die Küchenutensilien müssten auch mal aufgefrischt und erneuert werden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings ist in dem 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster 😕. Die Terassenmöbel hätten es notwendig ausgetauscht zu werden! Trotzdem hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub und haben es uns abends im Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin gemütlich gemacht!

Gracias Cornelia por tu comentario. Me hace muy feliz que tuvieras unas buenas vacaciones en mi casa. Pero creo que debo matizar tu comentario. Es cierto que las sillas de la terraza están feas, pues han perdido el color por el sol. Su deterioro es solo estético, pues no tienen nada roto ni astillado y son perfectamente usables, por razón de ecología no se cambiaron este año, se cambiarán la próxima primavera. El salón y el WC tienen puntos fijos de calefacción. Para las otras estancias, la casa cuenta con un termo ventilador y un calefactor portátil, son nuevos y potentes. Lo consideramos mas que suficiente para una zona que en los meses más fríos la temperatura no baja de 10, 12 grados. Dices que la urbanización es vieja y necesita renovación. Es de lo mas moderno de la zona lleva, 15 años construida y esta muy cuidada, yo no veo ninguna necesidad de renovación en ningún aspecto. Pero claro, esto es muy subjetivo. Intentamos año tras año mejora todo lo que podemos, es importante para nosotros. Debo decir también que tu como huésped cuidaste mi casa y la dejaste limpia y ordenada. Estaría feliz de volver a verte otra vez.

Parfait

appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas de la plage, lumineux, très propre avec une terrasse spacieuse. Tout le confort y est comme indiqué. Literie au top, le linge sent bon ce qui rend le tout encore plus agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié cet appartement que je relouerai dès que je reviendrais sur peniche. Merci encore à Patricia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Tout était parfait. À bientôt sur Péniche.

Geräumige saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Peniche und Baleal. Vermieterin sehr nett. Check in/out super. Super Ausgangspunkt mit Auto zu vielen tollen Stränden.

A pleasantly decorated, furnished and well equipped apartment in a nice location

Worked well for two adults and two teenagers who shared the second bedroom all with comfortable beds. Plenty of cupboard space with as many wooden coathangers as you could ever need. Also enough glasses and crockery to do at least a couple of meals before switching on the dishwasher. On demand hot water produced excellent showers and plenty for washing up though not both at once! The ground floor location means that it's possible to hop over the veranda wall and so have the opportunity to wash feet off before entering the property and it does catch the sun in the afternoon. About a 25 minute walk to the Pingo Doce supermarket and the town's bus station which will take you to Lisbon, Obidos and Caldes de Rainha (on returning from the latter two you may ask the bus driver to drop you on the main road) and just 5 minutes from the beach, 10 from the water park and 20 to Supertubos beach. The nearby swimming pool and tennis courts (only one in operation and with a poor net) are available for a small charge from Sharks Lodge - suggest you contact direct to get details of prices and availability. An attentive host and local representative made it an enjoyable stay.
