PENICHE Sea view - Near the town centre - Comfortable, air-conditioned house, three bedrooms, sleeps six. Quiet neighbourhood. Secure house, sheltered from prying eyes. Free public parking. Proximity to all shops and restaurants. Small beach 300 metres away. Situated on a rock, a small path behind the house overlooks the ocean. It is possible to extend it to the beach, then follow the nearby hill path to the lighthouse and continue to the Fishermen's Chapel.
On foot, by bike, running or with a baby in a pushchair, everything is accessible for a walk around the ocean in the open air and taking superb photos of this picturesque and colourful neighbourhood.

Au retour prenez un bain dans la petite plage familiale à 300 mètres de la maison pour vous rafraîchir. Puis repos ou repas sur nos deux terrasses avec vue mer . On se déconnecte, on oublie les écrans on peut faire du télétravail sur la terrasse qui est connectée ou dans le salon de la maison avec vue panoramique sur la forteresse ou dans le studio de la chambre 3 .A bientôt
