Whether you are sporty (possibility of golf, horse riding, swimming, canoeing, tree climbing), lovers of delicate dishes (many country markets, specialty of foie gras, terrine, tourtière or cahors wine, sweet wine…), eager to visit castles or museums (Bonaguil castle, Biron castle, Bergerac old town, etc.), or simply want to ask your family (swimming pool, tennis and permanent jacuzzi), this place will satisfy you.

The house has 1 floor:
- Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (180 cm bed) with TV, 1 shower room, 1 living room with American kitchen and bar, 1 sofa bed 160 cm (daily bedding provided)
- on the 1st: access by 2 independent staircases to 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 180 cm or 2 of 90 cm) contiguous to 1 small bedroom (bed of 90 cm) with 1 bathroom, on the one hand and elsewhere with 1 bedroom (1 bed of 90 cm + 1 drawer bed of 90 cm) and 1 bathroom.

Outside :
- barbecue
- Petanque ground
- Ping pong table
- Private pool, swimming against the current
- in the outbuildings, jacuzzi, winter kitchen and spacious awning offering the possibility of protection from the sun.

The house provides sheets and towels.
A laundry room offers all the necessary equipment: washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Free baby equipment on request: cot, high chair.

On the property: tennis court, trampoline.
An old washhouse, which cannot be protected, completes the charm of this property.

To note:
- the proximity of the swimming pool, even with an alarm, the jacuzzi and the washhouse require permanent supervision of children. These are under the entire responsibility of the Lessee;
- alcohol and jacuzzi do not mix
- it is forbidden to use "glass" glasses in the jacuzzi, plastic glasses are provided.

- Deposit of 1000 €
- Cleaning package leaving the premises
- Smoking is not allowed in the house but the countryside around you is waiting for you...
