Wir waren das 2. Mal in der Wochung. Die Vermieterin hat seit dem letzten Jahr einiges geändert und verbessert. Sie ist auf einem guten Weg. Ich traue ihr zu, den Zustand der Wohnung deutlich zu verbessern. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement. La propriétaire a changé et amélioré quelques choses depuis l'année dernière. Elle est sur la bonne voie. Je lui fais confiance pour améliorer considérablement l'état de l'appartement.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Da uns LGM bekannt ist, brauchen wir keine Eingewöhnung. Die Wohnung braucht ein Makeover, aber mit etwas gutem Willen kann man es dennoch gut aushalten. Alle notwendigen Ausstattungen waren vorhanden, teilweise neu. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Sowohl bis zur Ankunft und auch bei der Abfahrt. Ich würde wiederkommen.

comme un précédent locataire nous validons que cet appartement est idéalement situé (entre port, plages à 5mn à pied et commerces au pied de celui-ci).Il est dommage qu'il manque de propreté (intérieur des placards vaisselle meubles et sol poussiéreux );même si le mobilier est ancien. Cela le rendrait presque parfait!Acceuil sympathique de la personne en charge.

Mauvaise surprises à l'arrivé

L'appartement n'est pas entretenu, toilettes cassées et moisi, pied du lit tenu par un tiroir, lit qui craque à chaque mouvement, pas de prise dans la salle de bain, poussière dans tout l'appartement et sol pas nettoyé. Le seul point positif de l'appartement est l'emplacement.

Grand appartement tranquille et bien placé avec les commerces à proximité ainsi que le centre ville. Séjour agréable à noter tout de même les problèmes de robinetterie et le manque de prise de courant dans l'appartement. pas suffisamment de place dans la cuisine.

Appartement bien situé mais...

L'appartement est dans la grande pyramide, l'immeuble emblématique de la Grande Motte. Très bien situé face au port entre les quartiers du Couchant et du Ponant à proximité de deux supermarchés, commerces.... Mais, placé au 1er étage, la vue est un peu décevante, on devine la mer pourtant proche mais on ne la voit presque pas. L'appartement manque d'entretien, c'est dommage. Vitres sales, portes fermant mal, bouton de la cuisinière qui vous reste dans la main, encombrement de la cuisine, latte du lit absente, odeurs....Et j'en passe. Que dire de la propriétaire? Nous avons raté nos deux rendez-vous, impossible de faire pire. Le premier à l'arrivée, j'avais 12 mn de retard à cause des ralentissements. J'avais prévenu mais la propriétaire ne pouvait absolument pas attendre. Le second rendez-vous au départ : elle est arrivée avec 1h d'avance, sur notre RDV convenu. Une erreur de sa part qu'elle a d'abord niée , puis elle ne s'est même pas excusée après vérification des sms echangés... En résumé: je déconseille cet appartement au prix où je l'ai loué. Et pour la propriétaire de s'intéresser un peu plus aux biens qu'elle loue (entretien, rafraichissement) et se rendre plus disponible et attentive à ses locataires.

Très bon séjour, situation idéale .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé et qui avec le parking permet de ne plus toucher a la voiture pendant tout le séjour. La disponibilité de l’hote A pu nous faire profiter pleinement de notre séjour.
