The studio is ideally located between the sea and the park in the Couchant district. Access to the beach is via a footpath (no road to cross)
The 28 m2 studio cabin is on the ground floor of the Résidence Ulysse Plage 2
A numbered and reserved parking space is available
Terrace and garden are oriented south west in the shade of a large blind.
Access to the residence is secure
At the rear of the residence, there is a large park with games for children and a pétanque court.
300m away, by pedestrian and bicycle access, is the shopping alley in the Couchant district with all restaurants, shops, pharmacy, caterer, fruit and vegetables, grocery store and beach shops.

Studio la Grande Motte

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Barbara qui est parfaitement agencé pour y séjourner en famille jusqu’à 4 personnes. Literie du canapé lit et des lits superposés très confortable. Véranda, terrasse et jardinet offrent beaucoup d’espace pour ne pas se sentir a l’étroit. Le parking fermé de la résidence est un + L’accès à la plage se fait à pied sans aucune route à traverser. Les boutiques et restaurants du Couchant sont très proches et le port un peu plus loin par une promenade sécurisée. Barbara et sa maman sont très accueillantes. En bref, un excellent séjour à la Grande Motte pour nos premières vacances dans l’Herault.

Localisation parfaite non loin de la plage et des commerces, appartement très propre, décoré avec soin, très bien aménagé, propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Aucun souci, nous reviendrons!

appartement bien décoré et emplacement parfait

Nous étions deux (avec ma fille de 23 ans)c'était parfais, nous nous sommes tout de suite senties chez nous, la déco parfaite et emplacement très pratique avec les vélos. Petit bémol, la chambre avec lit superposés est à déconseillée aux claustrophobes, je n'ai pas pu y dormir, j'ai choisi le clic clac. Heureusement ce n'est pas le cas de tous le monde j'imagine. Propriétaire agréable et arrangeante Aurélie

Great location

Great location in attractive apartment block close to the beach, restaurants and local shops. Friendly, helpful host. Visited by local hedgehog family in the garden at night.
