2 Bedroom, Two Bath, sleeps 8. New Flooring installed 2019. Queen bed in master plus a Futon, 2 Twin Beds in the second bedroom, Sofa Sleeper in the livingroom. Double Balcony. New flat screen television in living room and master bedroom. Great View of the Comal River! Elevator access and free wifi. 835 SF. Sleeps 8 No Smoking. No Pets.

AMENITY NOTES: Coin/Card Washer/Dryers are located in Buildings A & C.

If you are looking for the perfect Comal River vacation rental, you have come to the right place! River Run Rental Management is the only ON-SITE rental manager for River Run Condos. We work hard so you don't have to. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.

~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.

Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

~Rules of the Condominium Complex~
Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.

Mixed Stay Some Good and Bad

Pros: quiet room (top floor, sound walls and sliding doors), good location for Schlitterbahn and Comal River, nice pool, 6 beds, large balcony, management was responsive Cons: uncomfortable beds, unit needs deep clean, strange mix of kitchen items (ie no spatula but 9 cork screws), unit is very out dated, terribly slow wi-fi Depends on view: major party crowd on weekends including plenty of smoking, not cigarettes

Love it

Had an amazing weekend here. This rental has everything you need. Direct access to the river and the tube rental is right across the street. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. There’s a nice pool with several bbq pits. The water pressure on the shower is very strong! The patio is huge with plenty of furniture to enjoy a nice meal and the view of the river and pool. Security is great as well. No need to worry about anything at all. I love this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent location

Location is great! 5 minutes from Schlitterbahn and right next door to tubing the Comal. Condo was clean and nice. Only complaint is that the mattresses are really squeaky.
