We’ve stayed here 7 or 8 times. We were very pleased to see improvements such as extended pool area. Grounds are very well maintained. Painting of exterior of buildings was being done during our stay. We also enjoy proximity to Texas tubes rental. Very convenient location.

Great remodel!

We love everything about this condo! The parking garage, not the best. But we will certainly rent 312 again. Nicely remodeled. Super clean. Spacious.. Plenty of seating. Good coffee maker. Nice glassware, stainless & dishware.. easy in and out location. Good view of the river.

Perfect stay on the Comal

We love staying at River Run because of the proximity to the river and Schlitterbaun. This unit feels like it’s brand new with the way they’ve remodeled it. Absolutely gorgeous! We already booked it for next year and want to make it an annual family trip.
