Our villa house is located near Myrties one of the most touristic areas of Kalymnos.The astonishe view and the sun set is breath taking.The house is in quiet area although it is close to everywhere you wish to go(climbing paths ,restaurants,beaches,scuba diving , night life etc)..It has got 3 bedrooms(the master bedroom has an air condition),a living room,a full equipted kitchen and 2 verandas.The house is surrounded by 2000 m2 land.It is very close to all famous climbing paths.Ideal for families with children and climbers.

Best host ever, lovely traditional Greek house on top of a hill

Manolis was the most accommodating, generous and helpful host, ready at a moment's notice to assist with any issue we might have. He went above and beyond what we expected a host to do. The house was an older traditional Greek home with beautiful balcony views, tasteful decor, spacious, quiet and about 1.5 km from the town of Masouri. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with screwtop coffee maker, pots, utensils, plenty of crockery and nice big fridge/freezer. You do need to use the mosquito plug ins since there isn't screening for some of the windows and in Sept/Oct the mosquitoes were plentiful. As the house is on the top of the hill it's a bit of a trudge home sometimes, and we often took the car into the city to save on walking. There is AC only in the master bedroom so this house is best in the cooler months, but there are pedestal fans in the other bedrooms. Wifi worked quite well, we were able to stream videos without any problems. The beds could be more comfortable. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely experience Manolis!

A stylish house with a wonderfull view

Manolis’ house is situated at a wonderfull and very quiet place.: a bit above the village of Myrties, offering a stunning view, from a sunny terrace, at the Aegean and the small isle of Telendos. Restaurants and supermarket are at a distance of 20 mins. walking. The bus to Pothia stops at a 10 mins walk. A mix of modernity and Greek tradition gives the house a very pleasant atmosphere. Houselord Manolis is a very warm and helpfull host. We will definitely come again!

Es war genauso, wie erwartet. Großartige Aussicht. Einsame Lage. Zum Strand allerdings sehr weit.

Betreuung durch den Vermieter war voll super. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und uns prima erholt. Große Erwartungen wurden großartig erfüllt.

Beautiful, quiet, very friendly

We enjoyed our vacation alot at Manolis house. It is beautiful, clean and very quiet. Kitchen is good equiped so cooking was a plesure. You have a great view. Manolis and his wife are very sympatic and were very helpful. You need a motorbike, because it is a bit away from restaurants and shops, but it is worth it. We can recommend this place and would come back again. Andrea, Daniel, Sabine and Kurt.

Notre séjour a été parfait. Manolis nous a accueilli au port et guider jusqu'à la maison. il nous avait donné beaucoup d'informations utiles pour préparer notre voyage. arrivé sur place, il nous a accompagner en voiture pour un tour de l'île et nous donnant quelques conseils très utiles. la maison correspondait parfaitement à la description. tout était très propre et fonctionnel et Manolis était très disponible en cas de soucis et questions. nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille. nous étions 4, dont deux enfants de 4 et 1 an.

a house with a view!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful house on the friendly island of Kalymnos. Lots of space inside and a very tasteful traditional interior design. But the most superb feature of the house is the view from the large terrace. Looking over the sea and towards the island of Telendos to watch the sunset was a joy one never grows tired off. Manolis and his family are friendly and very welcoming. He came to pick us up from the harbour to guide us to the house and the family even invited us to join for the Easter tradition of putting the lamb in the oven. Highly recommended! Alles wie beschrieben

Sehr nette Eigentümer, immer hilfreich. Schön eingerichtetes , sauberes Haus. Viele gute griechische Restaurants in Myrties und Massouri. Auto empfohlen aber auch Bushaltestelle nicht sehr weit entfernt. I can recomment this beautiful house and Kalymnos.
