I am loving my retirement years tremendously. Especially after a busy Healthcare Executive career in an ever-changing and challenging environment.
Birmingham, AL is my permanent home, but I find myself spending as much time as possible at my condo in Highlands.

I love to read, walk the trails, shop in town, travel around the area (Love the Blue Ridge Train, especially in the fall) and enjoy the friends in the VZ community.

I have a son in Dallas, TX, a daughter and granddaughter in Birmingham, AL. My friends and family are frequent visitors at 106 VZ Top road. Their visits are memories in the making.

Why they chose this property

VZ Top is a wonderful caring community of only 40 units. It is a beautifully landscaped and lovingly cared for property. Our property manager and assistant are always there to help and are a wonderful addition to our mountain home.
This particular unit is warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated in mountain fashion. It is available with all the amenities and comforts of home.
From the deck, you can view three different States, NC, SC, and GA. The view changes minute by minute.
It is a place to make new memories or revisit those from the past.
