This home is truly an Island Oasis and only a 10 minute walk to downtown Matlacha where you can take in the view at a number of great dockside dining establishments (including the famous Bert's Bar and Grill), visit the Matlacha Bridge (known as the World's Fishingest Bridge) or take a stroll and visit the many great downtown shops.
