Waterfront Getaway! Relax in this waterfront home with pier on huge lot!

Private & peaceful home right on the water in between Magnolia beach (less than 3 miles) and Alamo beach. Enjoy the sunrise, watch dolphins, go fishing, boating or bird watching all from the private pier! This house is 1,960 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master suite is downstairs on the main floor with a king size bed and a walk-in shower and separate tub. There are 2 bedrooms & full bath upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of full size bunk beds. This house will sleep very comfortably 8 ADULTS (kids are welcome too). Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans) all you need to bring is your food and drinks.

- Firepit (can only be used when there is no burn ban)

- Swim off the pier (no jumping off the pier) (beach shoes recommended)
- 5 minute drive to sandy Magnolia beach (beach shoes recommended in some areas)
- 9 hole golf course only 15 minutes away
(We have 3 sets of golf clubs)

The home has nicer furnishings and is better supplied than most places we have stayed. Our grandchildren loved catching a lot of small Sand Trout. My son caught a 54” Alligator Gar. He also hooked a second gar that ran under the pier and broke the line. And, we enjoyed the fire pit. Our time there went too quickly.

Matagorda Bay Bliss

This home is a perfect get-a-way if you want to experience blissful Matagorda Bay. The amenities were all complete to provide a quiet and peaceful time at the bay waters edge and much more. The pier was perfect for fishing, even if you catch no fish! The sun rises and sun sets will amaze and touch your soul finding absolute inner peace. The description of the property was very accurate, with the screened-in porch a real bonus.

Weekend Retreat

Some friends met here for the 2nd year for some outdoor recreation and relaxation. It is well equipped and clean. The wind didn’t cooperate for fishing, but the pier is a great bonus. We enjoyed both stays and the owner is very easy to communicate with.

Awesome Lake front property!

This house was perfect for our family of 4! It definitely sleeps 4 more! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time there. There was great space in the garage to put our coolers and stuff. This place had a canoe and fishing rods too! The host has put a lot of effort and detail into this property. It is great for a lake front getaway! Highly recommend!
