50 m2, located 1 km 300 from the city center of THONES. The accommodation consists of a kitchen open to living room (sofa bed), an adjoining laundry room with washing machine and toilet. In duplex an attic room with 2 beds of 190x90, in rez of putting on a room with a bed of 160x200. Beds made on arrival, towels provided, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking spaces.

Fabulous house in great region

We thorouhgly enjoyed our stay in this perfectly kept chalet with an incredible view. The owners were kind and serviceminded. A big thank you for having us. Thônes is a great center for trips around the region including visits to Annecy and Chamonix.

Superbe maison de vacances

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt in Thones. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen machen und hat eine tolle Bergkulisse. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr toll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Zu unserer Überraschung gabs auch Bäder. Wir kommen auch gerne wieder aus dem Schwarzwald nach Thones.

Le chalet est confortable ( très bonne literie notamment ), très propre, la décoration soignée et chaleureuse. La location est bien située pour assister aux championnats du monde de biathlon au Grand Bornand. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour tout était parfait. Chalet conforme à la description. La propriétaire est soucieuse de notre bonne installation, et renseigne sur les bons plans locaux. Tout petit bémol: les photos ne relatent pas l'imédiate proximité des chalets voisins. Cependant, aucun inconvénient à cet égard. Hygiène et propreté du chalet irréprochable. La région est parfaite pour les amateurs de randos. Thones offre tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait . Comme on dit, on reviendra volontier.

Charmant chalet bien situé

Chalet très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La vue sur les montagnes depuis la pièce de vie est magnifique. Calme, proche d'Annecy et de belles randonnées. Une petite terrasse permet de déjeuner au soleil. Tous les équipements nécessaires à un court séjour étaient présents. L'hôte a été très flexible pour notre arrivée comme pour notre départ, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Thonês ist ein toller Ort um von dort aus ins Aravis zu kommen

Das Objekt ist toll, wir waren schon 2019 dort. Sylvie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt . Es sieht sogar so aus das wir wohl 2021 wieder fahren werden. Klein und gemütlich ...als in der Nähe such zu Fuß zu erreichen. Optimal um auch Sport zu machen.. Uns hat es sehr gefallen Anja & Cliff

Location super sympa, le chat est rénové avec beaucoup de gout et dans les règles de l'art, de modernité, avec un décor épuré mais dans le style montagnard. Une propreté parfaite et rien me ne manque (sauf un pied de parasol pour la table extérieure). Le linge de toilette et de maison est à volonté et de qualité. Totale satisfaction et merci à Sylvie pour son accueil.

Très belle location, chalet bien rénové avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Superbe vue sur les montagnes. Merci à madame COHENDET pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Très propre avec lits faits et linge de toilette fourni. De plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Belle attention pour nos 2 petits enfants : des œufs de Pâques les attendaient à notre arrivée.
