Apartment located between St Charles train station and the Old Port, you will be in the city center with all amenities within walking distance (listed in a small guidebook).

The apartment has been completely renovated and is fully equipped (bedding, dishwasher, oven, washer dryer, iron, Nespresso machine ...). There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
Cot and high chair available.
Sheets, towels and WIFI included.

Only apartment on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator), very bright.
For the summer, a parasol for the beach and three fans are at your disposal (no climatisation).

All transport (train, airport shuttle, metro lines, buses and trams) are within 10 minutes walk.
Covered public parking and bakery at the end of the street.
Lively cosmopolitan area (double gazed apartment) with many shops (including a city market) open late including Sunday.

Great central apartment

We had a great weekend in Marseille, the apartment is 10 minutes walk from the harbour and the train station. Apartment was very clean with the host was really good at communicating before and during our stay.

Convenient to Saint Charles, a real Marseille experience

The apartment was clean, and spacious enough for 3 adults. Basic amenities (kitchen, etc) were fine, the washer/dryer was a plus! The neighborhood might not be to everyone's taste...but is very Marseille. Streets aren't the cleanest, and its clearly not an upscale area, but we appreciated the realness of the place and the people in the area. Plus there was a great, cheap grillade resto two blocks up on Rue de Fare that quickly became our go-to for non-touristy food!

Helle Wohnung mit allem Notwendigen, gut schließende Fenster. Baulich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Viertel ist laut und etwas anstrengend. Lage ist praktisch, nah am Bahnhof und altem Hafen. Kommunikation sehr gut. Den Schlüssel muss man vorher abholen.

Nettes kleines Appartement in Marseille

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, sie hat auf alles hingewiesen, zeitnah geantwortet und alle Informationen rechtzeitig verschickt. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt fußläufig gut zu allen nähergelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten hin. Es gibt aber auch Bus- und Metrostationen, sowie auch Straßenbahnstationen in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Da es kälter war, waren auch warme Decken auf den Betten, so dass es kuschelig warm war. Heizkörper sind auch vorhanden. Das Sofa ist leider etwas unbequem, aber sonst waren die Möbel in Ordnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass wir viel selbst kochen konnten. Kleinere Supermärkte aber auch ein größerer Supermarkt und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, auch ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Die Treppe in den dritten Stock hinauf ist sehr eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Vermieterin hat vorher extra darauf hingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist also eindeutig nicht barrierefrei und eher für Leute zu empfehlen, die gut zu Fuß und trittsicher sind. Das Umfeld der Wohnung hatte keinen Wohlfühlcharakter und ich würde nicht gerne abends alleine dort unterwegs sein. Tagsüber oder zu mehreren ist es aber unproblematisch. Insgesamt haben wir unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, nur das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können. ;-)

Excellent séjour à Marseille

Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour entre amies dans l'appartement d'Estrella !! Il est très bien aménagé et équipé et idéalement situé pour visiter à pied certains des quartiers les plus centraux et attractifs de la Ville (vieux Port / Le Panier / Cannebiere/Balard/ Mucem...). Également à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la gare Saint Charles, ce qui est très pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ si vous venez en train ! Enfin, Estrella est très agréable et souple sur les modalités d'arrivée et de départ et nous a permis grâce au système de retrait et dépôt des clefs en consigne à la gare de profiter pleinement de notre week-end et de l'appartement !! Nous recommandons vivement son logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir ! 😊

Agréable appartement

Très belle appartement sauf la nuit où on entend le bruit extérieur. Mais ce qui est pas dérangeant. L appartement est très bien situé nous qui sommes arriver en train et qui on était au velodrome on a pas eu de difficultés. Et le point très positif est que l appartement est très bien équipé.

Prima appartement, perfecte locatie

Alles aanwezig wat nodig is, alles netjes en goed werkend. Perfect locatie en zelfs tijdens rellen van voetbalwedstrijd totaal geen last gehad. Met 10 minuten lopen zit je bij de oude haven en met 15 minuten lopen bij de schitterende Cathedeal de la Major. Voordeur gebouw klemt wel, maar sluit prima. Voordeur appartement is prima op slot te doen.

Une très bonne expérience et un accueil aux petits soins

L'appartement est très bien rénové, agencé à la perfection et équippé avec un grand soin : on n'y manque de rien. Ce n'est pas très grand, mais même à quatre, nous avons pu coexister paisiblement ! La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond très vite à toutes les questions et demandes. Quelques éléments à connaitre, sachant que la propriétaire avait été très transparente à ce sujet : le quartier est très populaire, ça peut dérouter au début, et l'appartement est au 3e sans ascenseur, avec un escalier qui aurait besoin d'être rénové. Tout le reste est top, en particulier la situation par rapport à la gare, le vieux port, les commerces, transports et tout ce qu'il faut pour que le séjour se passe au mieux !

Casa Estrella

La descripción del anuncio se ajusta a la realidad. El apartamento es muy funcional, la propietaria dejó a nuestra disposición jabones y otros utensilios por lo que la estancia ha sido cómoda y es una señora muy amable. Como inconveniente, señalar que nos sorprendió el Estado de las zonas comunes como portal y escalera, estaban bastante deterioradas. Le daría un 8, hemos Estado cómodos 😀

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir récupérer les clés de l'appartement assez tard ds la soirée et d'avoir été contactées par la propriétaire qui venait aux nouvelles pour notre bonne installation. L'appartement est bien pourvu, il manquerait juste la climatisation (sommes venues pendant la canicule). Marseille est une ville animée dans le bon sens du terme, nous avons été très bien accueillies partout et nous nous y sommes senties en sécurité.

Proche du centre, du port et de la gare; équipé de tout ce qu'il faut, aussi et surtout pour les familles, aussi avec de petits enfants; excellentes feuilles d'information concernant l'utilisation des appareils et contenant de très bons conseils touristiques; touche charmante et personnelle dans l'aménagement (meubles et décoration "vintage classique"); situé dans un quartier plein de vie, cosmopolite et authentique, où règne une ambiance de village en plein cœur de Marseille (les gens se connaissent, se saluent dans la rue; petites boutiques à profusion); bref: on se sent bienvenu, on est à l'aise, et on a envie de revenir!
