Description: Three equipped rooms (bed 140, storage, office). Each room has its private bathroom with toilet. Two rooms have a mezzanine with ladder of sucker not suitable for young children.
A common kitchen-living room of 15 m2. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven combined microwave, induction hob, fridge, TV, wifi ...).
Sheets and towels are provided.

Location: between Mazargues and Sainte Anne, quiet street - bus nearby: 21, 22, 23, 45 and 47

Geräumige Wohnung in Marseille Mazargues

Wir haben zehn Tage in dieser geräumigen Wohnung im Stadtteil Mazargues verbracht. Die Wohnung war hell und unseren (jugendlichen) Kindern haben besonders die drei Bäder gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Supermarkt) gibt es in direkter Nähe. Die netten Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Frau Schleinitz für die zahlreichen Tipps! Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus haben wir genutzt und das Auto für die gesamte Zeit nicht mehr von der Stelle bewegt, denn alles Wichtige war zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar, z.B. Prado (Bowl/ Plage) direkt mit Bus Linie 47 (ca. 10 Min im Bus oder 25 Minuten zu Fuß), Calanques mit der 22 oder 47 und dann 19 und 20 (alles etwa in 30-40 Min Entfernung), Stadtzentrum/ Vieux Port/ Le Panier per Bus/ U-Bahn (ca. 20- 30 Min) etc. Hierzu haben wir die 24h/ 72h Tickets der RTM genutzt. Tipp: wer Passfotos mitbringt, kann die günstigste Variante wählen: eine Familien-Wochenkarte.

Zentral und schön

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ziemlich zentral gelegen. Bis zum Meer 20 min zu Fuß. Die City erreicht man auch sehr gut. Bäckereien, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Hafen ist abends sehr gut für Jugendliche geeignet. Allerdings sollte man als Vater oder Mutter seine Kinder begleiten, da sie dort sehr oft angesprochen werden.

Nette Wohnung und Vermieterin, Umgebung nicht so schön

Die Wohnung mit drei Bädern ist klasse und sauber, auch Frau Schleidnitz ist sehr nett. Balkon fehlte uns leider hier hatten wir bei der Beschreibung nicht drauf geachtet. Es war nicht ganz so ruhig wir wir gedacht hatten. Wir mussten die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten um morgens nicht vom Verkehr geweckt zu werden. Parkplatz ist nicht einfach zu bekommen Als wir dort waren gab es scheinbar ein Müll- Sperrmüll Problem welches von Tag zu Tag schlimmer wurde. Mehrere Häuser teilen sich die Mülltonen welche an der Hauptstraße stehen und auch geleert wurden, aber es wurde viel neben die Mülltonen geworfen wenn diese nach einem Tag voll waren Die Bürgersteige und der nahegelegene Park werden als Hundeklo benutzt, Achtung höchste Tretminen Gefahr. Dies macht sich auch geruchsmäßig stark bemerkbar. Pointe Rouge am besten ganz meiden.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung in einem der reicheren Viertel von Marseille. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, auch mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß kann man Strände und die Innenstadt gut erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist supernett und hat uns bei einem Problem sehr geholfen.

Address is BLVD, it’s actually a small street. HVAC in loft rooms but not in leaving quarters. 3 bedroom 3 baths is accurate as the main purpose of this place is a student rental. Off school it’s a VRBO. Towels and line s are old. Have all your at broom basic needs. There is a Boulangerie just around the corner. It’s not close to vieux port but it’s very quiet. It’s suitable for young people on a budget. Uber ride to main center of attraction like Vieux Port can blow the saving.

Appartement très bien situé, environ calme et chaleureux, les 3 salles de bains sont très pratiques quand on est un groupe de filles :). Les propriétaires sont adorables, à l’écoute et très attentionnés nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseille je vous recommande vivement cet appartement !

Bel Appartement fidèle aux photos.

C'était la première fois que nous partions en famille pour un séjour à Marseille. Et nous n'avons pas été déçu tant par l'appartement que par la ville. L'appartement est bien agencé, et très bien équipé. A notre arrivé, nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires qui avaient pensé à nous mettre une bouteille d'eau fraîche au réfrigérateur ainsi que des glaçons. Nous avons été touché par cette délicate attention. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche pour ne pas dire a quelques pas d'une boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac (mais fermé sur la période de notre séjour). Mais il y a aussi à moins de 5 min 2 centres commerciaux. Et sans oublié bien sûre les plages à 3km. Bref autant dire que le séjour était agréable et je le recommande vivement.

Le logement Idéal

Accueil parfait de la part de Anne Isabelle et de son compagnon. Tout y ai pour séjourner avec les enfants Emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme et permettant l’accès facile par voiture aux Calanques, à Cassis en 30 min A 5 min vous pouvez aller faire vos courses A pied une pâtisserie pas trop loin Et pour les calanques de Sormiou nous vous conseillons vous réveiller à 6h du matin et y être avant 8h pour y accéder en voiture - un lieu idyllique.
