Tranquility & Bustle

Stresa is a lovely mixture of the two. The apartment is immaculate. Superb bathroom and wardrobe/dressing room. We used the 2 outside areas a lot. The back terrace without a view is good for quiet reading and the smaller balcony is good for people watching because the apartment is so centrally located.It’s an easy walk to everything. The manager met us and helped us up the stairs with our luggage (anyone with mobility issues would have to factor in the stairs) We felt very relaxed and followed all the Tourist Information on the lake front’s ideas for trips. A good pick for up to a week’s stay without a car.
