The highlight of the holiday flat is the magnificent view of Lago Maggiore, which you can enjoy from the terrace. The flat was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We received a very warm welcome from Patrizia and Luca. Patrizia explained everything about the flat and gave us lots of tips for excursions and restaurants. We didn't miss anything and had a wonderful stay.Thank you very much!

Alles war super: die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach fantastisch. Amazing appartment

I would like to thank Patrizia for her kindness and hospitality. The appartment was very clean, cosy and very well equiped. The view ist just fantastic !We had a lot of tips for restaurants and places to visit.I find it very rare to stay in holiday ressorts of such good quality !

A lovely place with stunning view!

Patrizia was such a great host and the apartment is exactly the way it is presented but even better. There is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. 10/10 recommend to go there if you are looking for a quiet place to spend your holidays.

Ruhige Oase mit herrlichem Blick

Himmlische Ruhe und traumhafter Ausblick

Well!! What an unbelievable property to stay in. Couldn’t fault anything. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Plenty of towels/tea towels. Lovely fresh bed linen. Spotless bathroom. Convenient laundry to catch up on washing. Only downside to our stay was the rain! It kept us indoors for two days but we were definitely in the right place, it was beautiful. Would stay there again in better weather.

We spend four days in this incredible apartment. Patrizia and Luca made it a very special place and gave us a warm welcome including the finest food and wine. The communication was super friendly and at ease. They provided us with very helpful touristic information and thought of everyday needs as well as all sorts of possibilities (arts, nature, exhibitions etc.). The flat has a fantastic view on the lake and is equipped with everything you could wish for (kitchen equipment, great bathroom, comfortable bed, great balcony, chairs, windshields...). It´s a perfect holiday place!!!

Home from home in an idyllic location

Our stay at I Faggi was a truly wonderful experience & Patricia's enthusiastic welcome made us feel like long lost friends. She greeted us with many thoughtful gifts which was so generous of her, unexpected and unique. The accommodation was very tasteful and comfortable and we had everything we could have needed and much more besides. The local supermarket in nearby Gignese might have been small but it is superbly stocked - brilliant! We especially appreciated the breathtaking views and the tranquility at I Faggi and were extremely reluctant to leave. We will return!

I Faggi House - The Perfect Place

I Faggi House war für uns im Sommer 2023 das perfekte Feriendomizil: eine sehr gepflegte, gemütlich eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und sehr ruhige Wohnung für Zwei im Obergeschoss eines oberhalb des Lago Maggiore im Buchenwald gelegenen schmucken Hauses. Großzügige und gut vor Wetter geschützte Balkone mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Isola Bella. Und Patrizia war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Zeit im Faggi House ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt wurde. Traumhafte Aussicht und tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten nicht nur mit dem Wetter Glück, in der zweiten Oktoberwoche war es noch richtig warm und sonnig, sondern auch mit der Unterkunft. Wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Patricia ist mega freundlich und großzügig. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! In den Bergen oberhalb des Sees braucht man natürlich ein Auto (okay, E-Bike, Vespa, Motorrad ginge auch), aber das sollte eigentlich jedem Interessenten klar sein. Von den Restaurants in der Nähe ist besonders "La Rampolina" zu empfehlen. Danke für alles!

Tutto spettacolare!

This is a wonderful property and Patrizia and Luca are exceptional hosts. We’ve rented many places in many locations and this is truly among the best. I Faggi Country House is a beautiful, high-quality flat with amazing views high over Lago Maggiore. Everything is spotless and in great working order. The flat is thoughtfully outfitted with everything one could need. So many places require a renter to shop for basics. This flat had everything from nice olive oil and vinegar to coffee and filters (in addition to Keurig cups) to teas, bottled water and more. Patrizia also had some lovely welcome gifts for us upon arrival. When we noted how thoughtful everything was outfitted, she said that, by design, they wanted it to have everything their own home would offer. The house itself is extremely well designed. It’s a gorgeous home and property in a peaceful, natural setting. We enjoyed watching deer in the morning and hearing all of the birdsong including a cuckoo calling every dusk. The view over Lago Maggiore is ever-changing and we left the drapes open at night to fall asleep to lights twinkling across the lakeside villages far below. The drive up from town is winding and sometimes narrow and the driveway is a bit steep, but there’s nothing to worry about after you’ve done it once or twice. We absolutely loved coming back to this lovely, quiet treasure of a place after bustling days around Stresa and this enchanting region. Tutto spettacolare!

Mooi appartement met prachtig groot balkon met geweldig uitzicht op groen en het meer. Stil en midden in de natuur met bezoekjes van hertjes in de tuin. Parkeerplek bij het huis, paar meter lopen op een stijl pad, dat doorloopt in een bos. Het is wel iets frisser op de berg, dus neem iets warms mee als je buiten wil zitten 's avonds!

Tres belle location

L'appartement etait vraiment tres bien : au calme à quelques minutes de Stresa au milieu des bois. De plus, la location est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un sejour agreable : grande terrasse, de l'espace, literie de qualité et l'ensemble des equipements. La vue sur le lac est magnifique et plus globalement, l ensemble de la region est tres belle. Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire de l'appartement qui est d'une tres grande gentillesse, tres disponible et donne de bon conseil. En bref, une excellente adresse pour un sejour reposant.

So weit das Auge reicht

Dieses kleine gemütliche Refugium, bietet über den grandiosen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore hinaus, auch alles weitere, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Vor allen Dingen Natur und Ruhe. Traumhafter Urlaub

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und einer bezaubernden Landschaft. Wir waren restlos zufrieden und würden gern wieder dort hinfahren. Die Vermieterin war immer freundlich und gab uns auch viele nützliche Tipps, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Für uns ist diese Unterkunft eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
