Greetings from the beautiful Lake Maggiore! This bright, spacious apartment features a great open floor plan and has been tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials to provide for a wonderful "home away from home". The big glass sliding doors which open onto the terrace allow in lots of natural light and keep the unit fresh and airy while providing breathtaking views from all the rooms. The terrace offers plenty of outdoor space for dining, sunbathing or simply relaxing while enjoying wonderful panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. It wraps around the side of the apartment to provide around two additional hours of afternoon sun. While most days enjoy a gentle refreshing breeze from the lake below, during summer an awning can be easily extended over the entire terrace, allowing for continued use of the space even during the hottest part of the day. A small garden below the terrace is a nice extra space for pets. The private bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional two persons. The unit features Wi-Fi internet access and a flat-screen TV to provide various entertainment options for the whole family. Books and a variety of board games are also provided. An independent heating system allows for the setting of a constant, uniform temperature throughout the unit and other useful amenities (ceiling fans, washing machine, etc.) will ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. The apartment is located in a secure building with elevator and comes with a private one-car garage. To provide for safe and relaxed stays it is also professionally cleaned and sanitized after every rental. Finally, our simple self check-in process makes it convenient and offers complete peace of mind to anyone who might otherwise worry about late arrivals or unexpected delays.

But, without the hustle and bustle of a busy lakeside town, it is a perfect place to enjoy some peace and tranquility after long days of sightseeing and exploring this beautiful region. And there is plenty to see and do, regardless of the season.
