Charming apartment located in a 15th century building, in the historic center of the city, renovated in April 2025. In the heart of the most beautiful district, its beautiful facades and alleys, it is in the immediate vicinity of Place Plumereau, restaurants, shops and remarkable sites of Tours. Everything is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfortable bed, the brightness, the comfort, the decoration, the location. Ideal for a couple stay or a business trip.
This beautiful 50 m² suite is made up of a half-timbered entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking (induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes, basic necessities, washing machine), a dining room and office, a living room communicating with the bedroom with quality bedding (Queen size bed), a laundry room (hangers, iron and ironing board), a bathroom and separate WC.
The apartment has been carefully renovated in noble and clear materials (parquet, woodwork, white walls), and perfectly soundproofed.

Our stay here was amazing! Alexandre was extremely responsive/helpful and the suite was extremely clean and had everything you could need! The location was the best part - a quick walk to everywhere we wanted to go. He also allowed us to check in early and stay an extra hour which was so great!

The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Tours. It is exactly as advertised - roomy, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well equipped. Check in/check out was seamless. The restaurant downstairs is the best in the area and highly recommended.

The large apartment was recently remodeled and it’s very functional with a kitchen. Gorgeous decor.Just down the street from the old town Square where all the restaurants are. Two flights up a spiral staircase.

Lovely Apartment. Well located, but could be noisy if you want windows open. Spiral staircase a problem if older. No allocated parking only what you can find on the street.

Comfortable stay in Tours

The property itself is lovely and in a wonderful location. However there is no mention of the fact there is a narrow spiral staircase without a handrail for part of it to access the apartment. For us it was not too much of a problem although getting two full size suitcases up there was a challenge as we are in our late sixties although very fit.

Beautiful apartment in the best neighborhood in Tours

We loved staying here - not only was it a beautiful (and beautifully furnished) apartment, it was also in the best neighborhood in Tours, adjacent to the Place Plumereau, the most vibrant and historic square in all of Tours. Within walking distance to everything (including the Tourist office, gare, and river), it was one of the best experiences we've had in renting. Highly recommended!

Magnifique appartement et accueil irréprochable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le cœur de Tours. L’appartement est superbe et très très propre. L’accueil par Alexandre a été parfait et ponctuel. Nous avons remis les clefs à la fin du séjour à Morgane qui nous a bien conseillé pour un prochain séjour ! Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement. This apartment is a comfortably & tastefully modernised unit in a 15th century building in the heart of the old part of Tours. It is blessed by wonderful daylight & is well insulated from outside noise & temperature. There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the area, many being just a few paces from the front door. This Aussie couple found the apartment ideal for exploring the old town, wandering along the beautiful river banks, shopping at the local markets, & visiting a number of museums, etc. The owner/host, Alexandre, is a true gentleman, & was so very friendly & helpful.
