This 3-bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo unit is newly painted, newly furnished, and has brand new A/C units. Located right across from Playa Islote in Arecibo. We provide beach towels, chairs and easy set up cabanas. The terrace is private to the unit. Easy access to other beaches, to Arecibo’s Giant Satellite. Near to Arecibo’s light house and the New Cristobal’s Colon statue. Beautiful Arecibo.

Beautiful Beach Right Across The Street

This is a nice property with easy parking. There are 3 flights of stairs, although they are wide and easy to navigate. Having access to the rooftop allows for sunrise and sunset viewing. Host(s) were very helpful, and always quick to respond. Would Recommend.

Visit with my father

This family vacation was for my father. My father is 76 yrs old and was born and raised in Islote. His family home was on 681. He spent his entire childhood living across the street from the ocean, seeing and hearing the very same ocean we were able to see from this Unit. Every morning during our stay he would sit on the deck to drink his coffee, watch the sunrise and take in the sounds from his childhood (roosters, coqui). This became my favorite part of our vacation. This unit has everything a family would need. Nicely appointed and feels like home. Juan & Sonia were excellent hosts and Responsive to our questions.
